Part 4

Ok so that was weird. Why did he grab you that way and said nothing? Was there something going on? You had so many questions. You don't even know him. You two just met and it so happens that he knows the avengers. Or Tony to be specific.

That night you and the team had a movie marathon. It was Peter's turn to chose what movies to watch and he chose star wars. Honestly you weren't a big fan of star wars. You didn't hate the movies but you also weren't part of the Fandom. Peter invited Ned and mj over to watch the movies with you. You felt kind of uncomfortable with the two of them being together and infront of you. It didn't bother you but it was awkward. She was your friend and well it was unbelievable that she would do that. You were happy for peter though. You looked up a bit and noticed Clint looking at you.

"It's gonna be ok" he mounted.

You just nodded and kept watching the movie. You sat next to Steve. He was your best friend. He was always there for you. You hadn't told him what had happened with you and peter but he knew once he saw peter walk in holding mj's hand. He was mad. You didnt want him to do anything and you knew he wouldnt. He isn't the type to start a fight. He stayed calm and talked to you before the movie started. He wanted to make sure you were okay. You told him what had happened. You didn't feel sad anymore. You just felt weird for some reason. You felt like you two broke up for a reason. You had been dreaming the same dream you had the first time. Those words kept coming up in your head. You thought that the dream might of mean something. As if that's why you and peter weren't together anymore. You didn't know whether or not to find the person whose voice was in your dream. You were curious but you thought that it might be dangerous if you do look for him. You were thinking about it during the movie you spaced out and Steve noticed.

"Hey are you ok?" He whispered to not interrupt the movie.

You didnt hear him at first until he called out to you again

"Y/n?"

You then turned to look at him and he gave you a worried look.

"Oh. I'm sorry. I just spaced out"

"Are you ok? You seem so distracted lately" he said putting his arm around you.

"Yeah sorry it's just I have been having something in my mind lately. Nothing to worry about though" you smiled a little.

"Okay. If you need someone to talk to I'm here" he said as he pulled you closer into a side hug.

After the last movie ended. Everyone said goodbye to those who had to go back home. After they started to clean up and you helped them. You said goodnight to your parents and headed to your room afterwards.

As soon as you got to your room you took a quick shower and changed into your pj's. You then layer down and took out your phone. You had forgotten to erase every picture you had with peter when you were dating. It hit you hard seeing the pictures again. The way he would look at you. The way he would laugh and smile around you. But that was over now. You had to get over him. Somehow you had to. You didn't care how long it would take you. You just wanted to forget about the moments you had with him. You hadn't done anything. You weren't ready to do anything. You loved him and you thought that he would be the person you'd have a family with. I guess that's just what little girls think when they find love for the first time. Thinking that it would last forever when in reality it won't. That's just reality. Not everything is perfect. Not every relationship is meant to be. Each one has its bad moments.

You erased every picture with you and peter when you two were together. That was the first step to get over him. After that you turned off your phone and went to sleep.

The next morning you woke up to your parents and the rest of the team singing happy birthday to you. Morgan and Nathaniel where sitting on your bed infront of you holding a small cake. You stood up and gave them a big smile. You were also kind of shocked they would wake up early for it. You were like still half asleep and it was a good way to start your morning. Once they all finished singing, Clint and laura came up to you and hugged you.

"Happy birthday kiddo" Clint said giving you a kiss on your head.

You smiled brightly at him.

"I know you don't like big parties but I organized one for you anyways. Because who doesn't love a good party" Tony said looking at you.

He was right, you weren't a big fan of parties but I mean it was nice for him to organize one for you. Tony loves a good party.

They all congratulated you and gave you hugs and then you blew out the candles from the cake Morgan and Nathaniel were holding. You gave them both a big him giving them kisses on their cheeks.

After that they all left to give you space to get ready for the day. You were thinking about inviting Stephen to your party. He doesn't seem like the type to have fun but you wanted to invite him anyways. So you decided to go to his place and personally invite him.

Once you got there, you knocked on the door and they opened. As you walked in you saw Wong sitting on a couch reading a book.

"Hi Wong. Have you seen Stephen?" You said a bit nervous. You didn't know whether or not he would want to come.

"He's upstairs" that's all he said. He was way to focused in whatever he was reading.

You looked up the stairs and started to go up. His place was amazing. You hadn't been more inside his place. You were walking through the halls and looked inside the rooms to see if Stephen was somewhere. You couldn't see him anywhere.

"May I help you?"

You turned around scared and saw Stephen standing behind you.

"Oh. I- I'm sorry for coming without notifying you"

"It's alright. How would you have been able to notify me anyways" he said looking at you the way he always does.

"I asked Wong to call you but I think he was to busy" you stood there nervously.

"You're nervous"

"What?" You looked at him.

"You seem a bit nervous"

"Oh. No. I just wanted to invite you to my birthday party today later tonight" you said and weren't sure of what his response would be.

"I'm afraid I won't be able to make it. I'm sorry"

"It's okay. I didn't expect for you to he able to. You're a busy man so it's fine. I'll be heading out now" you smiled at him before walking past him and leaving.
