chapter 21

I wake up and see that Charlie and Nick aren't there but everyone else is still asleep so I go downstairs. I see them watching TV while talking. I walk in.

"Hey guys" I smile

"Hey how was your sleep" Charlie asks

"Good are you nervous for you game" I ask bith of them

They look at each other and bith shake their heads but I can see Charlie's a bit more nervous and scared. I smile and nod.

"We need to leave in a couple minutes to go get the school bus but we'll see you later" nick says and while he passes me he kisses my cheek then Charlie hugs me.

"Okay. Message me when you get there" I say as they both walk out

I get myself breakfast and ten minutes after everyone comes downstairs. I smile at everyone and make them breakfast. After a while we get ready and go to the rugby match. We get there and we see everyone doing their warm ups. I see nick and i slightly wave at him while he smiles at me. After a while the game starts and we start to cheer on our team even though the other team seem like literal adult men.

"So, does anyone remember the rules of rugby because I don't." tao says

"No" the rest of us reply.

We carry on watching when it starts to rain. I put my umbrella up and share it with isaac cause who wouldn't want to share with him. We she the game getting tricky for both the teams when I see Charlie fall to the floor.

"Charlie!!" I shout and even though it's raining I run over to him

"Charlie are you okay? I'm going to bring you to the medical room" I state and walk with him to the medical room

I wait with him when he gets checked over ans then after sit with him.

"Are you okay now" I ask while dabbing tissue under his nose

"Yeah I'm better now. Thanks" he smiles

"No problem. You aren't my best friend for nothing" I say and go to hug him but I remember about how muddy he is.

He laughs and hugs me.

"Ewwww. You're all muddy and I have no spare clothes but you do"

He laughs and lets go of me. Someone knocks on the door and we see isaac. I smile at him and pat the space next to me. He comes over and sits down next to me.

"Oh right here. I've been told to give you antiseptic wipes" he says and gives it to Charlie

"Thanks" Charlie smiles and takes it off him

"what book are you reading" I ask isaac

"Proud by Gareth Thomas" he replies

"Cool. We should go so you can go get changed" I smile and me and isaac leave.

We walk out when we see nick talking to imogen.

Nicks pov

I walk out of the changing room about to wait for y/n when I see imogen waiting.

"Hey!" She says

"What's up?" I ask

"You did so good." She smiles

"Uh, I mean, the match was cancelled and we were losing anyway, but... Thanks. So what's going on?"

"I...I... wanted to ask you if, um... Like, this is really random. But maybe we could, like... go out somewhere. Together. Like, I guess sort of a... date. Or something. " She laughs nervously

"Oh. Um..."

"Go on, Nick." Harry smirks

"Um.."

"Nick. Nick. Nick. Nick." Everyone starts to chants

"Yeah. I guess so, sure." I say

I look behind me and see y/n. I see her look down nodding at herself and I know in this moment of time I've messed up. I see her walk away so I run to her.

"Y/n!!" I shout

She continues walking and I run infront of her and stop her.

"Listen to me" I say

She looks to the side and sighs.

"What" she remarks

"I didn't mean it. Any of it. I was as people say peer pressured and I couldn't say no. I'm going to fix it I promise" i say and lean in to kiss her cheek but she pulls away. She looks down and hugs herself

"Sorry" she says

"No don't be" i reply and smile at her

"I'm going to make things right" i say and walk off
