chapter 24

Y/n's pov

I wake up and get ready. I go downstairs and see that my moms gone to work. I get myself some breakfast and head out to go to nicks.

Nick has no idea I'm going over. Hehe.

I see that nicks mom has also gone to work so I smirk and get the key that's hidden. I quickly and quietly open the door and sneak upstairs. I look at the time and see it's only half eight so he should still be asleep. So I open the door so quietly that you could hear a fly cough and go over to him and snuggle up to him but trying nit to wake him up. He starts to stir in his sleep.

"Shh. Shh" I kept saying over and over again while stroking his hair

He falls back to sleep and I smile. I cuddle into him. I feel my eyes get drousy and start to fall asleep against nick.

After a while I start to wake up. I turn around and see nick looking at me. I smile and cuddle into his chest.

"You're so warm" I say and he smiles

"What are you doing here" he asks

"Well I was home alone and wanted to come surprise you so here I am" I answer

"Now where's henry" I say and sit up

I see him in his bed and run over to him. I pick him up and give him a lot of kisses. I hear nick laugh at me and I give him a playful glare. He smiles and comes over to us. He goes behind me and wraps his arms around my waist. He digs he's face into the side of my neck and I smile. I lean my head on top of his and we stand like that for a couple of minutes. After a while we go downstairs and I sit on the sofa. Nick goes into the kitchen and does his breakfast. I turn on the TV and flick on each channel to see what's on.

"There's nothing onnnn" I whine

Nick comes in and he laughs while eating her cereal.

"I'm boredddd" I say

He sits down and carries in eating. I go onto Netflix and put on a film. After the film ended we decide to go out. Nick goes to get ready and I sit downstairs with Henry and nellie. 

After a while nick comes down and we get Nellie's lead. I sadly look at Henry.

"What's happening with Henry"

"I know that he shouldn't just yet but get a lead and put it on him but don't let him walk. Just carry him" he explains

"Okay"

I smile and go get his lead. I put it on him and pick him. Up we go out and walk around d the park and the block. After a while we end up at his house and we sit down on the sofa. We watch a couple of films and then we decide it's time for lunch.

"Okay so should we ear in or eat out" he asks

"Let's stay in. I can cook" i reply

"No I'm going to cook for us" he says and gets up

I laugh and roll my eyes playfully. I play with the dogs for five minutes before I get up and go into the kitchen.

"What are you making" I ask

"A surprise"

I smile and carry on watch him make our lunch. After a while he dishes it out and it smells delicious. I sit down at the table and we tuck in.

"Omg this tastes delicious and smells so good. Why didn't you tell me you could cook" I say and he laughs

"Well I never actually thought anyone liked my food so I never told anyone"

"Well its amazing"

I carry on eating and then we go sit down on the sofa.

"I've got an idea let's have hot chocolate" nick says

"Let me do it. Its my speciality" I smile

I go to the kitchen and put on the kettle. I put the four teaspoons of the chocolate powder in our cups and the two teaspoons of sugar. The kettle boils and I put in the water while I mix it. After I put milk in and mix it to the right colour shade.

"Nick where's the marshmallows!!" I shout

"In the top cupboard on the left hand side!!" He replies shouting

"Thanks!!!"

I put the marshmallows into the hot chocolate and then put squirty cream ontop and then more marshmallows then I put it chocolate flakes and grate some on top. I smile at my master pieces and bring them in.

"Here you go"

"Thanks"

"Enjoy" I say as I sit down.

Nick presses play on the series we are watching and takes a sip. I look at him and his eyes go wide.

"Oh my god that's amazing. You are now going to live with me just to make hot chocolate"

"Really" I say and lean my head on his shoulder

"Yeah" he smiles
