Sana's Pov

"Because I like you"

"What?"

I blinked a few times, wondering whether this is real or not.

"SANA SANA!! HELLO, COME BACK TO ME. SANA TO EARTH!"

"Hm?" I blinked and realised that I was imagining it all. How stupid of me. In my dreams, as if that would ever happen.

"So, as I was saying, someone sent me this" she showed me the picture once again.

"It's clearly fake. Why would I kiss her? I like y-" I quickly stopped what I was about to say.

"What? What were you gonna say? You like who?"

"I- I said I only like her as a friend"

"Oh" a sigh left her mouth. I don't know whether she was relieved or disappointed.

The doctor walked in then.

"So, we'll keep you overnight just to make sure you're fine, but you're free to go tomorrow morning"

"Could I stay with her here?" I asked.

It's gonna be really lonely without her and I'm really worried too, so why not.

"Sure" he said and walked out after asking how Y/N feels.

"Why?" She asked

"Why what?"

"Why do you want to stay the night?"

"Because- because I'm worried, and it's gonna be really lonely without you there. I'll miss you of course" I told her and a hint of red crawled up to her face.

Mine was also tinted with a hint of red.

We looked away and I cleared my throat before sitting down on the couch.

"Hungry?" I asked her.

"Hm?" I don't think she heard me.

"Do you want to eat anything?" I asked her once again.

She nodded so I went down to go get something from the canteen.

There was a variety of different foods and I saw that they had some shin ramyun, Y/N loves them.

After pouring boiling water in it I went back to the hospital room. She was on her phone and yawned. She was clearly tired. There were bags under her eyes and they were droopy.

"Here" I put the food down on the table next to her.

"Thanks"

We waited for it to cool down in silence and then we started eating, in absolute silence.

The atmosphere turned very awkward, I wouldn't imagine myself ever feeling this awkward with Y/N.

She just got discharged a few days ago and look, she's back in the hospital. I should've taken better care of her as a roommate. Gosh, I feel so guilty.
