Y/N's Pov

My alarm rang, waking me up. I groaned as I groggily opened one eye and turned off the blaring noise my phone was making. I reluctantly sat up straight and yawned, stretching my arms. I rubbed my eyes and got up, walking over to the bathroom to do my business.

I turned the handle of the door and opened it wide, rubbing my tired eyes. I heard a scream emanating from the corner of the bathroom where the shower was. My head glanced at the naked woman in front of me and quickly turned away.

"S-sorry!" I screamed and quickly slammed the door shut.

Shit. She must've forgot to lock the door.

Flashbacks of the scene that just unfolded flooded my mind, causing my cheeks to flush a bright red tint. I smacked my head lightly and buried my face in my hands.

That was so embarrassing-

A few moments later she came out fully clothed.

She flashed me an awkward smile and hurried to her bedroom.

I entered the bathroom to brush my teeth and have a shower, ensuring to lock the door.

I chewed on my slice of buttered bread slowly, ignoring the awkward silence between Sana and me.

"We're gonna be late for school, let's go"

I nodded and grabbed my stuff before leaving the apartment.

We got out of the car once we arrived at college and couldn't help but watch as a man who looked as though he was in his late 40s stormed past us, nudging Sana a bit. I grabbed her shoulders as she stumbled and almost fell. "Bastard" I whispered bitterly and glared at his figure getting into a black car and slamming the door shut.

I rolled my eyes and Sana grabbed my hand, signalling that we should go. Just as I was about to look away, from the corner of my eye I saw a white van coming straight towards the direction of where the angry guy's car was. A moment of panic flashed in my eyes but I couldn't do anything. It was too late.

I watched as the two vehicles collided against each other, the smaller one getting pushed back with the force of the white van.

People ran over to it and someone opened the door of the car. Bright red liquid came oozing out. My vision became hazy and I started seeing double. I lost control of my breathing and my head started to ache. I could feel my heart beating rapidly in my throat. My thoughts were scrambled. I couldn't seem to handle myself or control what was happening to me. I tried to stop focusing on the blood and dead body lying there but nothing happened. I couldn't breathe at all.
