Third Person's Pov

The birds were tweeting and the sun was shining brightly. The weather was perfectly warm with a breeze of wind.

However, in the flat where Sana and Y/N resides, everything was chaotic.

"Oh my god! Stop moving the chair around!!"

"I want to sit there though!"

"I don't care, the scraping is too loud!"

Bickering and arguing filled the room alongside with the occasional slam of hands on the table.

Everyone was moody and ratty and arguments kept breaking out every second.

Sana got up and walked into the bathroom. She opened the cupboard and screamed.

"WHAT IS IT!?!" An annoying and bothered
Y/N shouted.

"I-IT'S A SPIDER! AAAAH!!" She jumped and ran out of the bathroom and hid behind Y/N.

A sighing Y/N got up and walked into the bathroom. She let the spider crawl onto a piece of tissue before yeeting it out the window.

"YEET!" She shouted and laughed hysterically, immediately switching emotions.

Sana stared at her as if she was crazy.

"Uh, get out lemme piss" she pushed Y/N out of the toilet and slammed the door before opening it once again.

"Where's all the pads gone!?"

"I don't know go buy some" Y/N muttered before walking off to her phone laying on the sofa.

"Go buy some pleaseeee" Sana whined with puppy eyes that Y/N couldn't help but just say yes.

"Fine" she grabbed her wallet and phone and walked out the front door.

She started to walk towards the nearest corner shop.

Y/N opened the door and the bell rang as she walked in.

"Welcome-Y/N?" A vaguely familiar voice said.

She turned around to see no other than Kim Sunoo at the till.

"Oh, hi. Do you work here?" Y/N panicked to stay calm.

She hadn't seen him for months and to randomly encounter him here was such a coincidence.

"No I'm just filling in for a friend. I forgot you live near here" he told the girl.

Inside, he was also panicking but also still feeling guilty about the past.

He pulled down his sleeve to hide the scars on his wrist. That was the last thing he wanted her to see right now.

She nodded and walked around, looking for the things she came here for.

Then it suddenly hit her. She had to buy pads from Sunoo.

Heat rose up to her cheeks.

She cleared her throat before walking up to the till with a pack of pads in her hand.

She turned away, not wanting to meet his eyes.

He became all flushed and scanned the products before telling her the amount.

"Do you have a bag or want to buy one?" He asked her.

"Yeah I'll take a bag" she responded.

"That'll be another ₩200"

He put the products in a bag and she pulled out money from her wallet.

"Shit" she muttered under her breath.

"I-I don't have ₩200"

She looked up at him and their eyes finally met.

His eyes glistened with love, it was like he fell for her all over again.

For a split second, he felt hopeful, as if he had another chance.

But deep down, he knew he had no chance. She was over him, but he wasn't.

"Uh it doesn't matter. It's free" he said, still staring into her eyes.

"Really? Thanks..."

She pulled away from his gaze before putting the money on the counter and grabbing the bag. She walked out the shop without a glance back.

His eyes were still fixated on her, even as she left him.

She was the one for him, but he wasn't the one for her.
