I wake up and get ready as usual. I make my way to Lady Palutena's throne room where as usual she is already sitting. As usual Pit isn't there yet. I shudder and take a deep breath knowing what's coming.
"Greetings Lady Palutena." She turns and looks at me with a creepy smile. "Oh Y/N! I had so much fun with you yesterday picking out our dresses!" She exclaims giving a grin.
I shudder at the memory. "Oh and one more thing Y/N. I don't know if you know Viridi but I couldn't go in contact with her and I haven't seen her for at least a month." She says with worry. Oh I know Viridi alright Artemis once introduced me to her at a god meeting. They were good friends.
"Maybe she went with Artemis?" I offer "They were good friends and Artemis has also been gone for a month." Lady Palutena is not so convinced.
"Oh and anyways, I got this in the mail. It says it's for you." She tosses me a letter curiosity in her eyes. I open it with excitement. I think I know who it's from!
Dear Y/N,
It's been too long! How are you? I hope the gods aren't slave driving you too much! I'm doing fine, I'm eating rocks, collecting bokoblin guts, annoying cuccos, life couldn't be better! Oh yeah and Zelda said 'hi'. Oh and she wouldn't believe me when I told her that her stupid pet cucco attacked me! Yes she has a pet cucco!
Daruk dared me to eat ten rocks, I did. No regrets. Oh yeah and I broke all Revali's arrows, he was so annoyed. I heard you got a job with a new goddess, how is she? You told me there would be other angels there.
I almost forgot, attached to this letter is a fairy! If you accidentally die this fairy will revive you. I should know, I do it all the time. Ok now Revali is banging at my door with a bunch of cuccos, he is really mad. I need to run! Bye!

I laugh at his letter. It's Link alright, no one else can do what he does. Lady Palutena looks at me quizzically "Who is it?" she asks I stifle a smile, nosy goddess.
"It's Link!" I say smiling.
"Wait you know Link?" Lady Palutena asks. Pit stumbles into the room "I heard someone say Link." he looks at us. Dark follows him in "Link?" he says. I roll my eyes, here comes the clowns, no the entire circus.
"Yeah I got a letter from him." I explain Pit looks at me in surprise "You know Link?" I sigh, ignoramus.
"Once Goddess Hylia came to visit on Mount Olympus and she introduced me to Link who came with her. We've written letters and met up ever since." I say slightly annoyed. "I haven't written in ages!" I say in shame "And if I write to him now it will take too long to reach!" I complain.
"Why don't you text him on paper?" Lady Palutena asks me. I look at her in surprise but nod anyways and run to get my paper Pit and Dark doing the same for some reason.
I sit at my desk and write.
