Chapter 27
Celeste rides her Bike through Route 18 as the wind pushes her long carnation pink hair into the wind as she holds onto her white bucket hat with a pink pokeball logo
Celeste - "don't you just love the air in your face Clefairy? "
Clefairy sitting in the back of the rear basket of the bicycle pouts
Clefairy - "Clefairy.."
Celeste sighs
Celeste - "so hard to please I swear.."
A few moments of silence go by between the two as began riding down on the Cycling Road
Celeste - "you know it's been a while since it's been just you and me alone on our journey it's nice to spend some alone with you"
Celeste smiles as Clefairy scoffs to Celestes words
Clefairy - "Clefairy"
Celeste stops the bike by using the break as she stares at a small abandoned house in between two lakes of water on the side of the Cycling Road
Celeste - "what a cute little house"
Clefairy hops out of the basket and stands alongside Celeste
Celeste - "let's check it out"
Celeste walks up to the house parking her bike outside along an old worn out fence as she walks up towards the main door where the white paint is almost completely chipped off and nobody answers
Celeste - "uh.."
Celeste and Clefairy simultaneously look at each other
Celeste - "maybe we should look inside?"
Clefairy sighs then nods even though it knows this counts as breaking and entering
Clefairy - "Clefairy"
Celeste opens the door and walks inside with Clefairy alongside her
Celeste - "anyone here!?"
Celeste looks a an old table with nothing dust surrounds the table Clefairy blows on the table as all the dust comes off quickly as a single photograph falls off the table as she grabs the photograph she sees two young boys, a young girl, and a young adult man inside the picture standing outside the house which looks like the photo was taken a long time ago
Celeste - "wait.."
Celeste looks closer at the photo squinting her eyes at it
Celeste - "that's Quartz.."
Celeste drops the photo
Celeste - "why would Quartz be in a photograph with three random kids?"
Celeste hears loud exhaust sounds in the distance
Celeste - "wait what's that!"
The loud exhaust sounds stop as a loud yell can be heard outside
Zeek - "who's damn bike is this!"
The door proceeds to slam open as a shirtless brawny spiky black haired man he can be seen wearing a gold chain with a Empoleon emblem on it as he walks inside the room and just stares at Celeste and Clefairy as Celeste looks back with fear in her eyes as Clefairy just awkwardly stares at Zeek
Zeek - "Who the hell are you?"
Celeste - "..I uh.."
Celeste proceeds to fake a confident tone and clears her throat
Celeste - "I'm Celeste Pinkwood from Pallet town and this is my partner Clefairy"
Zeeks expression goes from anger to shock then finally relief
Zeek - "is that so?"
Zeek sighs
Zeek - "no need to be hostile then sorry"
Celeste has a confused look on her face as she looks at him

Zeek - "anyways look I'm Zeek nice to meet you Celeste"

Celeste - "yeah he's been traveling with me"

Zeek - "look you need to relax"

Zeek gets really quiet and has a blank expression on his face
Celeste - "for all I know, you could be a thug and could want to hurt Quartz so why should I trust you"

Zeek stands up and grabs the photo and points at one of the young boys in the photograph

Zeek stands and smiles at the photograph
Celeste - "this just gives me more questions than answers"

Zeek - "Let me tell you a story, okay?"
Celeste - "um okay sure"
Zeek - "about nineteen years ago probably more Quartz was a young guy who was on his first journey and me and my brother and sister we were just all orphans actually speaking of Pallet Town my sister is from there, anyways continuing on we would just steal from Celadon city one day I think right before they made that big mall Quartz and this girl who travelled with him Cheryl found us, they were already living here and Quartz pretty much took us in, but five years later they moved to Pallet Town my brother went on a journey and soon enough my sister did too and pretty much it's been just me ever since"
Celeste mutters - "That's my Mothers name..?"
Zeek - "what?"
Clefairy gives a confused look to Celeste
Celeste - "Cheryl, that's my mothers name.."
Celestes face looks completely dumbstruck

Zeek - "wait you didn't know?"

Zeek - "thats crazy"
Celeste - "I need to sit down and process this"
Zeek pulls out a chair for Celeste as she sits down with her knees shaking as Celeste nervously bites her nails
Zeek - "you okay?"
Celeste - "I'm getting there.."
Zeek - "so you're traveling huh?"
Celeste - "yeah I'm collecting all the badges so I can fight in the league.."
Zeek - "that's quite an adventure you're having then so how many do you have right now?"
Celeste - "four but I'm about to get my fifth"
Zeek - "So the gym in Celadon city is where you're going next?"
Celeste - "yeah I'm meeting Quartz in Saffron city once I get the gym badge in Celadon it's just.."
Zeek - "what's wrong?"
Celeste - "look I really needed Quartz to know where I'm going..I'm scared I'm alone and I don't know where to go or what to do..I'm not smart like he is"
Zeek - "so you don't know how to get to Celadon?"
Celeste - "I don't"
Celeste looks down as Zeek sighs
Zeek - "I'll go with you to Celadon but just to the Gate"
Celeste looks up
Celeste - "wait really?"
Zeek - "you know what my motorcycle outside can take us there in a few hours that bike you have outside will take a few days to make it all the way there so I'll give you a ride"
Celeste - "I don't know what to say thank you"
Zeek smirks
Zeek - "it's my treat"
Zeek - "let's go grab your Clefairy and let's go"
Celeste looks at Clefairy
Celeste - "he's gonna give us a ride you hear that Clefairy"
Clefairy gives Clefairy a sincere smile as Celeste and Clefairy walk outside as Zeek can be seen on his motorcycle
Zeek - "hurry up"
Celeste folds her bike and places it inside her bag as She walks up to Zeek with Clefairy alongside her
Zeek revs the engine of the motorcycle as over hundred motorcycles with Empoleon logos start to race down the Cycling Road and stop as Zeek puts his hand up
Zeek - "actually I have a gift to give you hold on"
Zeek puts out two white gloves with a gold trident logos on each glove as he hands them to Celeste
Zeek - "here"
Celeste takes them and proceeds to put them on
Celeste - "they look cool thanks Zeek!"
Zeek - "you are now an official member of the Black Empoleons?"
Celeste - "the Black Empoleons?"
Zeek - "it's the name of my bike gang"
Celeste - "wait what..?"
Zeek holds up Celestes arm up as the other gang members cheer
Zeek - "let's give it up for our new member!!!"
Celeste turns away shyly as the gang members cheer Celestes name
Zeek - "our girl needs to get to Celadon so we ride boys!!!"
Zeek hands Celeste a motorcycle helmet as she puts it on taking off her bucket hat placing it inside her bag Celeste hops on the back of the motorcycle as Clefairy just stands there irritated
Clefairy - "Clefairy!"
Celeste - "what about Clefairy?"
Zeek - "relax there's no room but it can ride with one of the guys"
Zeek yells at the Black Empoleon members
Zeek - "who's got her Pokemon?"
A random gang member holds there arm up as Zeek looks at Clefairy
Zeek - "that's you Clefairy"
Clefairy - "Clefairy.."
Clefairy just sighs and jumps on the back of one gang member's motorcycle holding on as they ride off along Cycling Road
Clefairy - "Clefairy!!"
Zeek revs the engine of the motorcycle and looks back at Celeste
Zeek - "hold on tight ok"
Celeste holds on to Zeek

Zeek proceeds to ride off along Cycling Road taking the lead along the Black Empoleon
Zeek - " let's do this guys!!!"
Celeste, Clefairy and the Black Empoleon gang ride through Cycling Road after a three long hours Zeek holds the brakes stopping inside Route 16 directly outside Inta Gate as Celeste takes off the motorcycle helmet
Zeek - "well this is it past this Gate is Celadon City"
Celeste steps off the motorcycle as Clefairy also hops off and runs along to Celestes side as she walks in front of the Gate she looks back at Zeek
Celeste - "thanks Zeek"
Zeek - "listen you just worry about the gym and when you see Quartz you tell him to give me holler at"
Celeste laughs and then smiles
Celeste - "will do take care!"
Celeste waves at Zeek as she walks into the Gate with Clefairy alongside her as they enter Celadon city filled with delight as there journey continues
Meanwhile in Celadon city
A young woman with long brown hair and green eyes drinks a Lemonade on the Rooftop of Celadon Dept. Store as she brushes off her black tank top
Mystery Woman - "wonder what's next?"
An Oddish proceeds to hop onto her lap with a smile on its face
Oddish - "Oddish!"
The Mystery Woman just smiles
