Stargazing [Yeonjun x Reader]

V: A Math Test

The next day at school:

Hwang Ji Soo cornered you before you entered class, and that was a feat because she had to assure Taehyun that she wasn't going to bully you, which she did.

"Due on Monday. Hurry." She thrust a stack of worksheets into your hand.

"So many? Our agreement was 5 pieces at a time, Ji Soo." You replied.

"It's a Friday today. You'll have time. Unless you want that little incident revealed, shut up and do it, Kang Ye Seo." She snarled and left for her own class.

When you went to your seat, you spotted Beomgyu staring at you, raising an eyebrow at the stack of worksheets that you were slipping into your bag. You glared at him and sat down, just in time, as the math teacher came into the classroom for the first lesson of the day.

"So we're having a little quiz today, just to check that everyone got the hang of the topics that were taught over the past few weeks." the teacher announced as she pulled the test papers out of her bag and started giving them out.

The whole class groaned, except you.

The teacher smirked at the class, and said, "You can start now!"

You opened the test paper and read the first question.

Easy. You smirked as you started to solve the questions.

"Help me! I'm gonna dieeeee!" Huening Kai wailed in despair.

"Calm down... not like I didn't struggle with half of the questions." Beomgyu tried his best to comfort the youngest member, ending up doubting himself too.

"That was the worst test I ever saw..." Taehyun pretended to faint, grinning at you.

"That... that test... it was-" You started, but was interrupted by Beomgyu and Yeonjun.

"The worst?"

"The only one that you're worried about?"

You shot glares at the two, who grinned back.

" I was saying that it was too easy. The last question was just a trick, if you read it properly you would see that you just needed to use 2 of the numbers to solve the problem and ignore the rest."

Everybody looked at you in confusion.

"I didn't even get to see the last question..." Soobin laughed nervously.
