Your eyelids slowly fluttered open.

Small streaks of daylight flooded into the room, illuminating the surroundings just enough for you to see.

Your head hurt as memories of last night came rushing back, and because you had slept sitting bound to a wooden chair without a pillow. Your throat was parched, and your phone which was in your pocket surely filled with texts and missed calls from TXT.

But you were bound and gagged, so no point calling for help or trying to escape.

Just cross your fingers and hope for luck.

After a while, you heard voices.

"Could she be in that alleyway?" one of the voices asked.

"Maybe. Let's check." the other replied.

"Beomgyu and Soobin, thank god." You thought as you struggled to make as much noise as you could, using your feet to scuff the ground and push the chair around.

Then the voices faded away.

"They gave up." You thought

At that moment, the door fell through the doorway, and Soobin crashed to the ground spectacularly, landing on top of the fallen door and creating a huge cloud of dust.

"Ack! Ack! The hell Soobin! Wait... Ye Seo!" Beomgyu quickly helped Soobin up, ran over to you and removed your gag before untying the cords that tied you to the chair.

"I'll call Taehyun." Soobin whipped out his phone and dialled Taehyun, who by the volume of his voice although Soobin wasn't on speaker, must have been very loud and relieved.

After Beomgyu had untied the cords tying your arms and legs to the chair and removed the gag from your mouth, you stood up shakily because your legs were stiff from being in one position the whole night.

"Thanks." You said, your throat hurting instantly after you finished your sentence.

"Let's get you back home." Beomgyu smiled as he grabbed your shoulders and steered you out of the alleyway with Soobin, still on the call, close behind.
