Stargazing [Yeonjun x Reader]

That night, Soobin, Huening kai, Beomgyu and Taehyun went to the nearby town to get more food because there wasn't enough for breakfast after dinner.

So, as the temporary caretakers of the campsite, you and Yeonjun got comfortable on a picnic mat on the grass, watching gin silence as the sky slowly lit up with stars.

"You see those two stars up there?" Yeonjun pointed at two bright stars in the sky.

"Yeah, why?" You replied, your attention switching to the two stars.

"Those two stars are called Perseus and Andromeda. There's a legend behind the formation of these two stars." Before waiting for an answer, he started explaining the story.

"Princess Andromeda was a very beautiful woman. Her mother, Queen Cassiopeia, claimed her daughter was more beautiful than Poseidon's daughters.

As punishment for her vainity, Poseidon sent the sea monster Cetus. Andromeda's father, King Cepheus, trusted the sea monster to disappear if they were to sacrifice her.

Just before she was devoured by the sea monster, Perseus came by on his flying horse Pegasus. He was on his way home after one of his great adventures. Perseus fell in love with the beautiful Andromeda and struck a deal with her parents. Perseus saved their daughter by killing the sea monster and in return he asked to be allowed to marry her.

However, Andromeda was already promised to marry another man. A fight arose between the two which Perseus eventually won.

Perseus and Andromeda lived happily ever after."

"That's nice." You muttered as you stared at Yeonjun, who's eyes were fixated on the stars.

"Do you think that you'll be loved someday?" Yeonjun questioned turning to face you.

"Maybe..." you mumbled.

"That's not a definite answer." Yeonjun smiled.

"But I really don't know!" You complained, looking up to the sky again to avoid having your face turn red.

Yeonjun moved closer.

"You'll know in a minute." Yeonjun looked up at the sky.

"What?" You were confused by Yeonjuns words.

"I like you, Ye Seo. When I found out that you were Taehyuns sister I thought that all hope was lost, but when Taehyun told me that you liked me too, I knew that I had to be the one to confess, seeing that I was the one who fell for you first." Yeonjun turned to face you.

"Will you be my Andromeda?"

You hesitated.

"It's okay if you don't want to." Yeonjun sounded a bit disappointed, and his tone sealed the deal.

"I'll be your Andromeda." You said.

"As long as you continue to be my Perseus."
