Stargazing [Yeonjun x Reader]

XXVIII: Telepathy?

You put down the glass of water you were drinking and pulled out your phone from your pocket.

"You guys sure love to text." You scowled at TXT when you saw their endless messages.

"We were so worried, Ye Seo, it's natural to over text." Taehyun winced as he scrolled through messages on his phone.

"Did I really send all these texts?"

You laughed and shook off the blanket that Huening Kai had wrapped around your shoulders when he found out that you spend the night in the alleyway.

"Maybe you did." Yeonjun shot back.

"Did anything happen between you two?" You asked, curious about why Yeonjun and Taehyun, two close friends, were giving each other the cold shoulder and extinguishing each other's jokes.

Taehyun raised his eyebrows at Yeonjun and Yeonjun widened his eyes and gave Taehyun a puppy dog face as if the two were communicating telepathically.

"Fine." Taehyun rolled his eyes and smiled at Yeonjun after what seemed like hours.

"Thanks." Yeonjun winked at you.

"What was that?" Soobin asked the two of them.

"We were using our very capable and big brains to send information to the others through a series of small actions called facial expressions," Taehyun replied immediately with a straight face.

Everyone burst into laughter when they heard what Taehyun said.

"You could have just used the word telepathy and not go through an entire dictionary to find words just to help you praise your own brain." You frowned.

"Says the one who spent the whole day reading up on the importance of each organ in the human body just so she could threaten people with the phrase 'I'll rip your vital organs out. First your liver, then your kidneys, followed by your lungs, your brain, and then your heart.' because she thought that it would be cool." Taehyun grinned as the other members erupted into peals of laughter.

"Damn you Kang Taehyun!" You chased after Taehyun, who immediately hid behind Yeonjun.
