Stargazing [Yeonjun x Reader]

XXV: Sinking

3rd person POV:

Taehyun knocked on Yeonjun's door loudly.

When Yeonjun opened the door, he didn't expect a hard shove from his good friend on a Sunday morning.

"Where's Ye Seo?" Taehyun seethed with anger.

"I don't know, Taehyun. Didn't I already tell you last night?" Yeonjun's eyes had dark circles, and it was clear that he didn't have a good night's sleep.

"Have you gone out to look for her?" Taehyun asked forcefully.

"No, but- " Yeonjun was cut off by Taehyun who had grabbed the collar of his shirt.

"Then what are you waiting for? Go and find her now! If I knew that you would be so unfeeling towards the fact that she's been missing the whole night, I wouldn't have let you date her, even though you're older than me!" Taehyun let go of Yeonjun's collar and stalked off.

Yeonjun closed the door.

When he checked his phone before he left to search for Ye Seo, he saw that the TXT group chat was being flooded with messages.

TAehyun_KAng: Guys, Ye Seo didn't come home last night

Soobunnie: Have you gone out to look for her?

TAehyun_KAng: I looked around our neighbourhood already, but I didn't find her

BEomguy: Didn't she go on a date at Yeonjun's last night?

HuenKAi: She could just have missed the last bus home, right??

TAehyun_KAng: It's been 2 hours since the bus service started again in the morning, she would have reached home already, Yeonjun's isn't that far from ours

BEomguy: What if she's KIDNAPPED

Soobunnie: Korea is safe.

HuenKAi: But she still could have been KIDNAPPED

Soobunnie: You two watch too many crime shows

TAehyun_KAng: I'm going out to look for her at Yeonjun's. If you wanna help meet me at our house

HuenKAi: I'm going

Soobunnie: Me too

BEomguy: Count me in

Yeonjun: I'll help

Yeonjun felt that sinking feeling in his stomach. Had he accompanied Ye Seo home, this wouldn't have happened. He shook it off, hoping that with the five of their efforts combined, they could find Ye Seo.
