「 ✦ Aptitude Test ✦ 」
"You just need to trust the test"
That sentence, that wretched sentence was what Elizabeth overheard while walking to the building they would be doing the aptitude test in.
'trust the test'. The test that is made to tell us what to do for the rest of our lives? No.
She was not letting some stupid test decide her fate. That was up to her and her alone.
She was waiting in the line at Amity not talking to anyone. Everyone there was scared of her anyway. And the ones that weren't and still tried to show kindness to her didn't approach her after the incident.
"Hey, so all the food that we're not getting, you guys are giving away to the factionless?" She heard an obnoxious voice say.
She turned her head towards the discussion and saw an Erudite boy talking to a Abnegation boy.
Well shit. That's not gonna go well.
She watched as the abnegation group all nodded their head and then as the erudite boy scoffed and said "You're a liar. Why are you lying to me?"
Elizabeth sighed and rubbed her temples. She really was not in the right mindset to deal with arrogant erudite bitches.
"Everybody knows you just take it for yourselves. So why don't you just admit it?" The boy says again but it's more like taunting.
The government have seriously turned kids against each other. This is why separating people is a bad idea.
"I'm talking to you. Are all you stiffs deaf or something? Hey!" The erudite says starting to get aggressive.
As she takes a step forwards to break it up, Elizabeth hears the distinct sound of the train and started to smile.
She turns towards it like everyone else does and see the dauntless hanging out of the train cars.
When they start to jump out she smiles wider. That's gonna be her new life.

"One hundred years ago, after the war, our founders created a system they believed would prevent future conflict and create lasting peace" The erudite woman drones on as Elizabeth tunes out of her speech.
"Today, aptitude testing based on your personality will assign you to one of the factions. While it is our belief that choosing the faction indicated by your test is the best way to ensure success within the fraction system, it is your right, tomorrow, at the choosing ceremony, to choose any of the five factions, regardless of your test results"
Elizabeth thought she was done but when she started a new sentence she quietly groaned and out her head into her knees.
"However, once the choice has been made, there will be no change permitted"
That's a bit shit
Elizabeth was walking downs orange lit hallway before she made eye contact with a blonde girl in abnegation clothing who was showing in the door next to her.
