Liz woke abruptly. She was still connected to the wires, Four was beside her but he had been restrained by two guards. Max was standing right next to her with a gun in hand.
There was a hologram of a woman. It was being projected out of the box. She was pretty, long brown hair and in a sleek dress.
"Hello. I come from outside the wall, where we have all but destroyed each other" She started. There was a gasp shared throughout the room.
"We designed your city as an experiment" She said, "We believe it is the only way to recover the humanity we have lost, and we created factions to ensure peace. But we believe there will be those among you that will transcend those factions. These will be the divergent. They are the true purpose of this experiment, they are vital to humanities survival"
Jeanine looks so mad
Four and Liz shared a look before the woman continued, "If you're watching this now, then at least one of you is proof that our experiment has succeeded. The time has come for you to emerge from your isolation, and rejoin us"
Liz takes a deep breath before listening again. "We've allowed you to believe that you're the last of us, but you're not. Mankind waits for you, with hope, beyond the wall"
The hologram disappears, and the wires attached to Liz retreat back into the crisping. She is weak, so Four runs to catch her before she falls.
"We did it" She whispers to him. He looks into her eyes fondly, shaking his head "No. You did it"
The two of them turn to look at Jeanine who looks lost, angry and confused. Liz walks closer to the glass and says "You were wrong about us. We were never the problem. We're the solution" She smirked at her.
this is just fabulous
Jeanine walks closer as well, before she laughs to herself and orders "Bury the box. No one sees it. Ever"
bro what? after all my hard work.
Jeanine looks into Liz's eyes. She glared at the woman who only does the same back. "Kill them both" She demands. Max raises his weapon to shoot, Four shouts "No!".
Although, before Max has the opportunity to fire, he's shot in the back.
FUCK YEAH
The dauntless and faction-less are here. They file in and arrest the other guards quickly. There's only one problem. Evelyn was here. Liz rolled her eyes at the sight of her.
Jeanine, all the scientists and the guards were arrested by the faction-less and dauntless. Liz couldn't help but laugh seeing Jeanine's face when a small girl with a mullet told her to freeze.
Evelyn walked up to the woman herself and said "Hello Jeanine" She looked like she had seen a ghost. To be fair though, Evelyn is believed to be dead.
"Evelyn?" She whispered. She smirked, looking around. "Impressive. I think we're gonna like it here" She said.
"Do you really think the other factions will stand for this?" Jeanine asked, but she looked worried. Evelyn raised her eyebrows "What because you're so popular?" She bit back. "Get her out of here"
Baldy and Mullet girl grabbed her arms and dragged her away, but she struggled and said "When that message gets out, it'll be the end"
Liz, Four and Tris all gathered in the middle of the room, watching them arrest everyone involved. This included Caleb, who was walked out by Christina. Tris looked upset but didn't say anything.
"What message?" Evelyn asked her son. Four pursed his lips before he walked over to the computers. "You'll see. I'm gonna put it on every monitor in the city" He smirked, sitting down at the desk.
dear god he's so hot

Liz and Four were walking through the hallways of Erudite, following the crowds of people as they moved outside.
He wrapped his arm around her shoulder and pulled her close. "You saved them all" He said to her, a proud smile on his face.
They walked through the crowd that had suddenly stopped. Pointing and whispering followed them as they moved, but they didn't care.
"Everyone's staring at me" She said, slightly unnerved. He laughed a little and said "You've changed everything, Lizzie"
Liz blushed at the name, and asked "What now?" He smiled at her and said. "I don't know. But i know who really wants to see you" He placed his hands on her shoulders and turned her around.
There she saw Daisy, who was standing in between Tris and Christina. Liz felt the tears gather in her eyes and she shouted "Daisy!"
The little girl turned and ran at her big sister with a huge grin spread across her little face. Liz fell to her knees and held the girl tightly, never planning on letting go.
She pulled away slightly to look at her, "You're okay? You're not hurt? What did they do?" She asked rapidly while checking the girl for any injuries. Daisy shook her head and giggled at her big sister. "I'm fine Lizzie"
Liz released a shaky breath before picking her up and moving Daisy to her back. She gave the little girl a piggy back ride as they walked over to Four.
"Hi Mr Scary Man!" She joked to Four. He smiled fondly at her before he said "Hey Daisy". Liz could feel the tears still in her eyes but Four wiped them away and kissed her forehead.
The three of them walked away, not knowing what they're going to do but not bothered by it. They have each other, so everything will be fine.
