Laying with her head on Four's chest, Liz was peaceful. They had just had a very fun night and she was finally content to sleep without night terrors now that they were in a semi-safe place.
She rolled over so that Fours arm was wrapped around her waist from behind and she blinked a little. "Ah!" She jumped.
Evelyn was sitting on the edge of the bed, ..watching them sleep?
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to wake you" Evelyn whispered, obviously trying not to wake her son. "So you just wanted to stare at us while we slept?" Liz said quietly with a disturbed look on her face.
"I always loved watching him sleep" She said, ignoring what Liz had said. Liz was very aware of their naked state under the blanket and tried her best to bring it up to her neck subtly.
"I take it you're setting out for Candor in the morning?" Evelyn asked as if she knew the answer already. "Yeah" Liz replied quietly.
Evelyn stood form the bed and crouched down in front of Liz. "Listen, i only want what's best for him"
"You hardly even know him. You left him with Marcus for over 10 years" Liz replied sharply. "You'd like to think that wouldn't you?" Evelyn said.
"But deep down i think you're scared i know him all too well" She went on. Evelyn was astounded by this woman's audacity.
"Why should i be scared? You left him with his abusive father all by himself for years while you hid out here like a coward. Even if you did know him, he'll never forgive you for not staying or just taking him with you"
Evelyn looked shocked for a moment before she recovered. "Of course you're scared. You're terrified that he will finally see you for what you really are"
Evelyn leaned in intimidatingly and whispered "You're deadly"
Liz just smiled and "Thanks, you're too kind"
Evelyn's facade fell and she said "You don't believe me? Ask him" She nodded to Four. Liz turned over and saw Four awake and staring at her.
She sat up quickly and looked around. No Evelyn, Four is still asleep. So it was a dream? Liz didn't know why. She wasn't scared that four would find out she's dangerous because he already knew.
"You okay?" Four asked quietly as she lay back down. She let out a breath and said "Yeah. Just a weird dream"
Four nodded and wrapped his arms around her again, kissing her temple. Liz closed her eyes and drifted off to a much more peaceful sleep.

Liz, Tris, Four and Caleb were all making their way to Candor to see if the remaining dauntless were still there and all of them were there. Walking through the ruins of the city Liz was excited. She couldn't wait to see all the other dauntless safe.
They were jumping over heaps of concrete and plants when Caleb said "I'm not coming with you guys"
Really Caleb? Now?
Liz turned around and said "Damn it Caleb. Can't you do that before we take you half way through the city?"
"What?" Tris said, ignoring Liz. Caleb paused before replying "To Candor. I'm not coming with you guys"
