Chaos.

After the broadcast, Liz was the city pariah. Everyone was talking about her and the message sent by those outside the wall. Many were standing with Liz, many were against her. However, the majority were thirsting for the blood of their enemies.

Jeanine had been killed. Liz never received confirmation, but she knew it was Evelyn. Four did too, neither of them trusted her.

Evelyn was now the 'unofficial leader' of the city, she and the factionless controlled everything. They had just traded in one tyrant for another. The walls around the city were on complete lockdown, nobody was allowed near them.

This happened after the whole population of the city immediately rampaged towards the fence after hearing the news. There was life beyond what they knew.

For centuries, they had been taught that they were all that is left. They were the survivors.

Now, they know they are nothing but pawns. The people are angry, they want answers. Evelyn wasn't going to give them that.

So Liz decided that she would.
