WORKING IN THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY was not for the weak, especially during the summer.
people were sweating to their deaths in the 95 degree atlanta weather, and took their discomfort out on poor employees trying to do their jobs, which made namil's summer job yet another level of hell.
just today alone, he's been called a "dirty half breed nigger" by a karen who was upset that the ice cream machine wasn't working, and been asked to get the manager on 2 different occasions over certain things being taken off of the menu.
it went without saying that namil was eternally grateful for his little 45 minute lunch break, which he was currently taking in the poorly air conditioned break room.
