Jugheads POV
I smiled as Betty said "I'm happy that Veronica and I cleared it all up, and my mom and dad are basically now tracking me so you have to come to me."

I laughed and she did too as she said "does Toni like me?"

I gulped saying "why ask?"

She sighed and said "cause...I feel like she doesn't and...I'm nervous about it?"

I said "don't worry okay?"

She said "okay, I'll see you at school then."

I smiled and hung up.

As I left my trailer Sweet Pea said "what took you so long? A girl in there?"

I warned him "shove it."

Toni said "some things never change..."

She drove off and Fangs said "don't worry, she's just mad cause you screwed her then left her."

I sighed and said "maybe because I want better..."

They laughed saying "as if, you've fucked every teen girl serpent."

They drove off and I smiled saying "but not a Northsider..."

I smiled and drove off with them. When I got to school I saw Betty in the Blue and Gold with a bulletin board with notes all on it.

I said "hey..."

She smiled as I sat next to her saying "would you like to go on a date?"

She paused and turned to me and looked at me.

I said "I'm not sure how...because serpents hate Northsiders."

She sighed saying "and Northsiders hate Southsiders..."

I nodded and she said "no wonder our favorite classic is Romeo and Juliet..."

I chuckled softly and she smiled back as I leaned closer and she smiled closing her eyes as the door opened and I turned around quickly seeing Toni.

She said "sorry I'm late, our...Alice was telling me some interesting stuff..."

Betty said "Alice?"

Toni said "you're not a serpent, you don't get to know."

She gulped and nodded giving a smile and I rubbed her hand and she held mine.

I said "Toni, Betty and I finished the paper."

Betty was confused and I said "here...."

I typed on both of our computers and combined our pages and showed them "now all you have to do is upload the photos. Betty said she needs to go help her mom out and I forgot my phone at home. See you later."

I left and Betty followed me and said "what was that for?"

I smirked saying "for some free time. For our date."

She smiled and I said "we have 45 minutes. Come on."

She laughed and we ran out of the school.

We were at Pops as she said "woah...I can't go in there Pops knows me he'll tell my mom."

I sighed and said "we will find another place."

She asked "is anyone there?"

I shook my head and she held my hand and took me inside.
