Chapter 4

You paced around the cell you were in and we're thinking of a way to get out of here, you hoped that the villagers who lived here managed to meet up with Luiza and get out of the place alive though you knew it would be difficult due to this place being their home and the betrayal of 'Mother Mirada' would weight on their minds for a while.

'I just hope they're okay...' You thought.

Not long after however Miranda arrived back and grinned slyly, she easily entered the cell without having to unlock it and pinned you to the wall behind by your throat.

"That husband of yours is quite the fellow, isn't he? Though it seems like he doesn't know you as much as you let on, it was so easy to waltz into your home and pretend to be you. Now that I have Rose in my possession nothing will stop me now." Miranda told.
"You crazy bitch! What are you gonna do with my daughter?!" You shouted.
"I'll bring back my daughter and use yours to do it. She's mine now." Miranda growled.
"Like hell, you will! Ethan and I will stop you." You growled back.
"Not if I kill you both first...but I'll keep you alive so you can watch your dear husband suffer and then die," Miranda smirked.

She easily threw you to the wall on the other side of the cell making you cough as the air was pretty much thrown out of you for the moment, all you could hear was her laughter as she left effortlessly though honestly, she was a bit naive to even do this considering you pickpocketed the key to the cell you were in.

"I still got it." You muttered to yourself.

Getting up to your feet you walked up to the metal door and unlocked it, pocketing the key you carefully made your way out taking a knife with you as your only weapon for now. Pressing yourself on the walls of the cave you began your search below the village for a way out towards the surface.

Meanwhile, Ethan had decided since he had no choice but to enter the castle he would go through the gates further up but was interrupted by a man, however, when it was noticed that Ethan wasn't a local it seemed to amuse the man further, so much so that since this man could control metal somehow he stabbed Ethan through the chest then sheets of metal began to cover his body.

The last thing he heard before blacking out was the man's laughter.

By the time he came to Ethan could hear a conversation though when he opened his eyes he was startled by an actual living doll and a grotesque creature before him as they must've been observing him for some time.

"What...? Where...?" Ethan muttered.
"You mean you'll screw around with him in private, wheres's the fun in that? Give him to me and I'll put on a show everyone can enjoy." The man asked.
"Oh, so gauche. What do we care for bread and circuses? The manthings suffering is assured, regardless." The rather tall woman replied.
"Yack yack. And if a man's dick is cut off in the castle blah, blah, blah!" The man mocked.
"I've heard all your arguments. Some of you were less persuasive than others, but..I've made my decision. Heisenberg. The man's fate is in your hands." The woman wearing black in the middle explained.
"Mother Miranda, I must protest! Heisenberg is but a child, and his devotion to you is questionable. Give the mortal to me, and I will ensure he's ready." The tall lady said loudly as she stood to her feet taking a few steps toward Ethan.
"Shut your damn hole and don't be a sore loser! Go find your food somewhere else!" Heisenberg shouted as he summoned his hammer to his hand.
"Quiet now child, adults are talking." The tall woman replied.

Their argument went on a bit longer but was later defused by Mother Miranda herself, however, that's when things quickly became worse for Ethan as according to Heisenberg seeing him struggle to get away from them and survive was the best entertainment they could have, even if this was a trap later on Ethan still decided to use this to escape and ran off as those creatures which he later learned were dubbed 'Lycans' were all around him again.

Though not long after he had run into the huge boss of the Lycans and when it knocked him off his feet it later tossed him aside and went in for another attack only to have Ethan fall over and slide through a tunnel until he got to a room where there were sharp edges above slowly making it's way down towards him, noticing an opening on the side he kicked down the wood and crawled through.

That lead him to another area with even more of those things above, running off Ethan came to an open space. Despite not trusting this place Ethan still attempted to escape from there only to be encountered with another trap, so to avoid being torn to shreds by this damn thing he hid in a small opening which later lead for him to use to his advantage to free his hands from his shackles.

"Too close..." Ethan mutters as he crawled under and out.

Not knowing if Heisenberg was still watching but he later found himself back where he started before he was captured, getting the gates open was a slight struggle with the lever but none the less Ethan managed to get it opened and walk through to the yard which looked more like what should've been some sort of garden to him.

Following the path Ethan soon encountered a man who later introduced himself as The Duke, the two of them had a brief conversation before things got back to business and The Duke offered him a few things as a 'gift' apparently. It did weird Ethan out as to how this guy knew him but he could focus on that later he had to get Rose out of that castle and fast.

When Ethan was finished he turned around and stood there for a bit as he took in the sight of the front gates of the castle, taking a deep breath in and then letting it out Ethan began to head inside the castle hoping that Rose was somewhere around here so he could get in and get out quick.

At the same time, you had found some crystals around the place and since you were told there was a merchant around you pocketed them to sell off for a better weapon if you got near the guy at all in time. It took a few more moments before you found yourself at an opening of the underground.

"Guess I got no choice but to climb..." You muttered to yourself.

Securing the knife you slowly but carefully began to climb your way up, you ignored the cold from the snow that fell and focused on climbing your way out of there despite knowing how dangerous this was. But either way, you didn't care since your mind was on finding Ethan and later helping him save your daughter.

'Just hold on you two, I'm coming...' You thought.

By that time however Ethan had already reached further inside the castle and was searching whatever place he could look through, but luck wasn't on his side when later three girls arrived and dragged him by his leg with one of their weapons to another room as they giggled away, which later revealed to be the tall woman's courters.

"Mother I bring you fresh prey." One of them informed.
"You are so kind to me daughters. Now, let's take a look at him. Well, well. Ethan Winters. You escaped my little brother's idiot games, did you? Let's see how special you are." She began.

Two of the three girls brought Ethan up to his knees forcefully than one cut at his wrist where their mother began to drink his blood from the cut however she seemed to not enjoy it for some reason and Ethan wasn't sure what to think or feel at all.

Her daughters begged their mother for them to devour his 'man flesh' quickly but she refused to state she'd have to first talk with Mother Miranda to make a decision until then she ordered them to hang him up, which was the most painful process Ethan went through as the girls stabbed some hooks into his hands and later had him hanging off the wall as they giggled through his pain.

"Hey, Let me down!" Ethan forced out painfully.
"Oh, careful what your wish for, Ethan Winters." She grinned as she turned around.

One by one the girls left the room leaving Ethan there hung up, knowing he couldn't stay there any longer he forcefully pulled his hands out of the hooks and fell to the ground. Thankfully there was some first aid med sitting there, pouring it onto his hands Ethan took a short time to catch his breath before bringing out his gun.

He had to get out of there before those whiches returned, which also meant he had to avoid them as well if he were to get out of this place alive.
