Chapter 13

Exploring the place wasn't much since there were piles and piles of junk metal laying around, you remembered that Heisenberg actually uses this stuff with his power as well as creating certain no so pretty things with this stuff and you realized you were about to find out soon enough as you and Ethan explored the place.

Entering a room that seemed to be like Heisenberg's HQ of some sorts was odd since there were pictures all over the place of the people living here as well as you, the four lords and Mother Miranda along with a picture of your little Rose as well as Chris for some reason.

'What is all this? Has he been watching our every move?' You thought.

"Truth hurts, doesn't it?" Heisenberg suddenly spoke up.

Ethan quickly put you behind him wanting to protect you this time for sure as his gun was raised.

"Let me guess. You're thinking to take me out like the others, and then you get to go and save Rose, right?" Heisenberg asked.
"We're healing our daughter," Ethan replied.
"You fools don't deserve to touch our daughter any more than you have. We're taking her back." You hissed out.
"Look, y-you both got this all wrong-" Heisenberg began to explain but was interrupted.

Whatever was down below had rived its engine which angered Heisenberg to the point where he yelled at it twice now, the man still tried to convince you and Ethan to his side to join forces in order to use whatever powers Rose had and go against Miranda but honestly, you and Ethan had no plans to ever go along with this horrid idea.

As if you'd use your daughter like that, you both were gonna get her out of here safe and alive.

However your refusal proved to annoy Heisenberg to the point where he pushed you down the hole in the ground and then shoved Ethan down as well, it was there what was revealed to be interrupting Heinseberg this whole time. Getting to your feet you and your husband ran off and slid through the trash compactor further into the factory.

Wherever you were was not safe so you and Ethan decided to travel upwards and search for an escape somewhere.

"What was that thing?" Ethan asked.
"It wasn't any zombie I've encountered in the past." You sighed.
"Are you okay?" Ethan asked.
"I'm fine dear, let's just find a way out of here quickly." You replied.

And so the search began, the further you and Ethan went the more you encountered the 'undead' beings here with metal attached to them...so this was what The Duke meant about Heisenberg experiments and honestly, you weren't sure you wanted to find out how these things seemed to have been created at all.

By the time you and Ethan reached the main area of the factory where an elevator was it surprised you when The Duke was actually sitting inside it seemingly having his shop all set up there again, his usual greetings were spoken when he noticed you two and smiled with his hands clasped together.

'This is getting too weird...why is he here every time we go somewhere else?' You thought.

Shaking your head to not think about it for the time being you sold some stuff to gain more after buying and bought a few more bullets along with some good gun upgrades in order to battle whatever was in this place. Though it seemed like the only escape was up.

But you didn't like the feeling you were getting from this place and felt like soon something horrible would happen to either you or Ethan.

Heading through the double doors you and Ethan carefully made your way throughout the last floor of the factory exploring what you could go through at the moment until you came up to a room where you were able to create something out of a mold. The more you and Ethan explored the more you found and were able to create more things to further your path forwards.

What was odd about these BOW's was that they would explode after you or Ethan defeated them, but honestly you didn't bother to find out or care for the moment since you needed to quick on saving Rose and keep her away from Mother Miranda from doing whatever sick game she has in store for her.

'Please let us save her on time...' You thought.

Working together with Ethan proved that you two worked really well together since it didn't take too long than it usually would when you were alone and finally reached even further into the factory. But the further you two went the more of these things you both encountered though you had a feeling that Chris was here as well and actually hoped that he was since you knew Ethan was in need of answers about what transpired back at your home before all this began for him.

It got to the point where you and Ethan were finally but slowly heading up further, meanwhile bringing the elevator along with you two since there was a slight feeling you'd need it. But the further you went the more Heisenberg went on his speech about how he wanted to destroy Mother Miranda for all she's done to him and then some.

It came to the point where you and Ethan later were facing those things again but ones who were more equipped with more advanced things attached to them. Working together you both took out one each then turned your attention towards the large fan above so you two could get through it to hopefully get up further in the factory and make your escape out of this place.

That though proved to be a near-death sentence considering a fan that was sucking air in nearly took you both out if it wasn't for your quick hand at shooting at it destroying the fan, Ethan quickly grabbed ahold of you to cushion your fall then stated how close that was. You however just replied with a quick grunt before you two were off again to search for your way out of this place.

By the time the two of you were on a lift, Heisenberg finally revealed that soon Mother Miranda was gonna start her sick ceremony with your little Rose, though honestly neither you nor Ethan was about to let that ever happen. But he later then revealed he would use Rose to kill Miranda and stop her...great so now there are two people to save your little girl from.

Whatever it takes you and Ethan would do it.

Whatever it takes...

Some things all came to a head when you both were confronted by the monster that chasing you all over the factory a bit and despite only having a damn engine for a head it was clear it reacted to sound or whatever so far, and attacked it from the back was the best option to go for in order to defeat it.

The battle felt like it took a while but honestly, it wasn't much to you from the other ones you fought in the past with Bio-Terror all these years so you were used to adapting to your surroundings as well as coming up with quick battle plans when noticing your opponents weakness and using it for your advantage.

Soon as the thing was finally defeated you and Ethan proceeded to go further onwards later being confronted by Heisenberg who threw you both back all the way down but this time into the waters below, groaning at how you were now supposed to get back up there all over again you and Ethan continued to find your way around this place.

Only to then finally be confronted by Chris Redfield himself.

"Chris! You are here!" You commented.
"What is he still doing here?" Chris asked.
"Trying to save my daughter you son of a bitch! Now explain to me how is my wife still alive?" Ethan demanded.
"I suppose you do deserve some answers..." Chris replied.
"Damn straight we do, what the hell is going on?" You asked.
"Well..." Chris began.
