TW: Zombies/Bizarre Dolls, blood, gore, revival of the dead, and dismemberment"Is that really him?" Ciel sputtered. "Is that really the Viscount of Druitt?" The Viscount's Phoenix pose was much more extravagant than that of Ciel or Y/N. The Viscount had one arm extended properly, the other thrown back against his head and his leg was completely kicked out as if he was line dancing.
"What on Earth is he doing here?" Y/N choked as she held back laugh.
"If memory serves, he did have a physician's license," Sebastian reminded the nobles. "It had utterly slipped my mind."
"That moron managed to get licensed?" Y/N muttered under her breath as the Viscount's blue eyes seemed to hone in on Ciel. "I just remembered him from the Ripper, and the Curry Contest..."
"He's coming this way," Ciel hissed as he tried to duck behind Y/N, almost tripping on her dress.
"Oh, I say!" The Viscount cheerfully said as he approached them. "Are you three newcomers here?"
"Indeed we are," Sebastian replied with his characteristic fake smile as he lightly tapped his glass against the Viscount's. "We chanced upon the newspaper article, you see..."
"Oh! Madam Samuel's loose lips will cause us no end of grief," The Viscount sighed dramatically as he rested his hand on his forehead. "To think she would reveal our secrets so readily!"
"Yes, such a shame," Y/N nervously agreed.
"Ah, but how wonderful are the fruits of such secrets being revealed!" The Viscount declared as he looked Y/N up and down in a shameless fashion, causing goosebumps to raise on her skin. "My Lady," the Viscount said in a low voice as he bowed down to kiss the top of Y/N's hand.
"There's no need for that, I assure you," Y/N laughed as she yanked her hand away.
"Ohh, and who have we here?" The Viscount didn't so much as pause to gasp at Y/N's rejection when he caught a glimpse of Ciel hiding behind her.
"That's Christopher, my step-son," Y/N replied instantly as she placed a hand on Ciel's shoulder. "His father and I just recently wed, you see."
"Have you and I had the pleasure of each other's company before?" The Viscount asked as he seemed inch closer and closer to Ciel.
"No, sir! We are meeting for the first time, I assure you!" Ciel yelped as Y/N pulled him closer to her and farther from the Viscount.
"Quite right. I would never forget the face of a boy as beautiful as you," The Viscount creepily insisted as he continued to look over Ciel. "Ooh... But what heartbreaking bandages."
"My husband saw the article on this Societies' miracles and planned for the three of us to investigate and see if this Society is really everything Madam Samuel claimed," Y/N interjected as she put herself up as a wall between Druitt and Ciel. "As poor Christopher was in a carriage incident and damaged his eye, we have been struggling with our grief. Hopefully your little group will have a cure for us?"
"Without a doubt!" The Viscount declared as he tried to sneak a look at Ciel over Y/N's shoulder. "Rian will surely cure him! I shall be eagerly awaiting the day when I am able to gaze into both your eyes!" The Viscount told Ciel, who was not thrilled in the slightest by that idea. "No, hang on..." The Viscount dramatically turned away and began to mutter to himself.
Sebastian took this opportunity to poke a bit of fun at Y/N. "Your husband and step-son?" The Demon whispered between chuckles.
"You're pale enough to be his father," Y/N scoffed back. "I can be your little faux wife that you wed to replace the poor boy's bleach blonde, blue-eyed, dearly departed mother."
