She was born to become the first Duchess of Norfolk Territory since her great-great-great-grandfather arrived on Star Base 12 on May 1, 2159, but he didn't become 1st Duke of Norfolk Territory and Marquess of Pembroke until 2165.

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard was the answer to her grandfather, Lord Charles Andrew Howard prayer as he waited nearly 33 years for her to arrive.

She was his golden heiress and he made no secret about and he had three sons and his first two older sons had failed to produce one child between their marriages with their wives and by the time Lady Elizabeth was born her grandfather was 66 years old.

No grandfather could ever be prouder than Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR as he carries his first granddaughter around with the Howard surname and he shows her off and he tells his peers "Look at my fine granddaughter. Isn't she beautiful?"

"I had to wait 33 years for my first grandchild and I had three sons and only one came through for me." Lord Charles Andrew JR tells his peers.

"Now remember that her great-great-great-grandfather was Lord Patrick William Howard who saved your great-great-great-grandfathers from perishing." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR reminds the other aristocrats on Star Base 12.

"I don't have any kind words to say about my father, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior or my grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard as I see they caused great harm to my family and caused a lot of division between my uncles, aunt, brothers, and sisters." Lord Charles Andrew JR states.

"My great-grandmother and mother wouldn't give into them and they didn't inherit their territories." Lord Charles Andrew JR tells them.

"I pass on my territory to my youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles and his wife, Lady Karissa, Marchioness of Pembroke Territory. I am glad as I have been Duke since 2240." Lord Charles Andrew JR explains.

"I leave the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory in good hands." Lord Charles Andrew JR tells his peers.

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane was born to become the first of three Duchess of Norfolk Territory in a line from 2299 until 2400, the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory would be governed by Lord Patrick William Howard great-great-great-granddaughter, Lady Elizabeth, her daughter, Lady Karissa Ann Howard and her daughter, Lady Victoria Elizabeth Howard.

Lady Karissa Ann was the great-great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord Patrick William Howard through both her mother, Lady Elizabeth and her father, Lord Richard Edward Howard III.

They were both the grandchildren of Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior through his eldest and second son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior and Lord Richard Edward Howard Senior and through their sons, Lord Andrew Charles Howard and Lord Richard Edward Howard II.

Lady Karissa Ann Howard marries her first cousin twice removed, Lord Frederick William Howard, who is the son of Lord Frederick William Howard II who is the eldest son of Lord Frederick William Howard Senior and they had Lady Victoria Elizabeth in 2320 and she marries the grandson of her granduncle, Lord Anthony Christopher Howard, Lord Andrew Charles III in 2338 in 2340 she gives birth to Lady Karissa Elizabeth Howard but Lady Karissa falls in love with her second cousin, Lord Kevin Thomas Riley, the great-grandson of her grandaunt, Lady Caroline Matilda and they marry in 2359 and it goes to her brother, Lord Andrew Charles Howard IV who was born in 2345, but he wouldn't live to inherit it the title so it passes onto his son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard V as his firstborn son, Lord Jerome Alexander Howard inherits the Earl of Moray Territory from his mother, Lady Isabella Josephine Stuart, who inherits the Earldom of Moray on Star Base 10 from her father, Lord Jerome Alexander Stuart.
