The Dawn of A New Age Come to Star Base 12

With the ascension of Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard as Duchess of Norfolk Territory, she was the first woman to have seniority on Star Base 12.

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Howard was greeted by cheering women all over Star Base 12 and she made this statement upon her ascension " No more will sons or brothers ever replace an older daughter or sister on Star Base 12 ever again."

"The dawn of a new age has come to Star-Base 12 and with a little prayer to your creator the changes will take effect on other Star-Bases throughout the United Federation of Planets." Lady Elizabeth reads to the cheering women and their daughters.

Women of low and high degree came to listen to Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard at her installation on June 2, 2299.

"Furthermore, I will outlaw any practice of religion that doesn't embrace diversity and learn to live in peace." Lady Elizabeth states.

"The many wars have taught us that we must learn to embrace each other in love, accept each other's differences, and not impose our religious or political beliefs upon each other." Lady Elizabeth states.

"Also, we must learn to love one another despite living different lifestyles and learn to accept each other for who we are and not to change other people into what we think they should be." Lady Elizabeth tells everyone.

"I will not tolerant discrimination against people who are Gay, Lesbian, Pan-Genders, Transgenders, Bi-sexual s or heterosexuals nor will I tolerate racism toward any race Afro-American, Asian-American, Hispanic-American or White or European Americans. We all bleed red blood last time I checked." Lady Elizabeth tells the people.

"My motto has always been "Live and Let Live.'' and'' Mine your own business and tend to your own affairs." Lady Elizabeth tells everyone.

"Women are no longer man chattel." Lady Elizabeth tells the people " Children are no longer a father's chattel."

"I, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard, Duchess of Norfolk Territory, also give the rights to mothers who come into the a title on their own and property via their father or mother may use the following rule "matrilineal primogeniture where the eldest female child of the subject is entitled to the hereditary succession before her younger sisters, and her brothers are not entitled at all."

This is an alternative to mothers who have inherited a title, wealth and property from their mothers, grandmothers." Lady Elizabeth tells the women with their daughters.

"Of course there is also absolute primogeniture whereas the firstborn child regardless of the gender of the child will inherit the title and property from his or her father." Lady Elizabeth states.

"I have abolished male preferred primogeniture which denies females and their descendants the right to succeed and inherit anything." Lady Elizabeth states.

"There would have been no War of Roses if King Edward II had done what his own father, King Edward I had decided in the first time and skipped over Prince Lionel of Clarence's daughter, Princess Philippa." Lady Elizabeth states.

"No 100 year war in France if France had recognized King Phillips IV of France's grandson by his own daughter, Princess Isabella of France and her son, King Edward III of England." Lady Elizabeth states.

"It looks like many sons didn't listen to their fathers." Lady Elizabeth tells the people.

"Let me make this very clear to you all. I am Your Duchess but my creators, family come before this territory." Lady Elizabeth states "I will not repeat what my father did to my sisters and brothers."

"I urge other daughters who are about to inherit their father's Dukedoms not to neglect their creators, husbands and children for the sake of their Dukedoms." Lady Elizabeth tells the women.

"I will listen to everyone''s petition, grievances, and administer a fair and just decision." Lady Elizabeth tells everyone.

"I will make sure Norfolk Territory is prosperous in the name of my late great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard." Lady Elizabeth tells the people.

"Neither The United Federation Of Planets or Star-Fleet Command interrupts our way of life but I will seek their assistance in times of hardship in the name of my people." Lady Elizabeth explains.

"My good husband and I have two territories to govern Norfolk and Wessex, so we will travel to Beltane and Wessex Manor." Lady Elizabeth states.

"My mother, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard will hear your petitions and grievances at Beltane Manor, but please be respectful of her as she still has my sisters and brothers to take care." Lady Elizabeth tells her people.

"I have a husband and a daughter to take care of as well as Norfolk and Wessex Territory." Lady Elizabeth tells her people.

"Norfolk will only prosper if we help each other." Lady Elizabeth explains.

All the people of Norfolk Territory cheer after Lady Elizabeth delivers her first official speech to assure her people that they will be taken care.

From the Valhalla, Lord Patrick William is happy to know that the territory that he started in 2165 with his great-great-great-granddaughter and great-great-great-grandson and he looks at his wife, Lady Margaret Penelope and they smile at each other and they are finally able to rest now that Norfolk Territory is secure well into the future.
