They were second cousins once removed, Lord Andrew Charles Howard who was the grandson of Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, third Duke of Norfolk Territory and Lord Richard William Carey is the great-grandson of Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard who is Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR sister.
Both were born in 2250, with Lord Richard William Carey being born in June of 2250 and Lord Andrew Charles Howard being born in December of 2250.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard is the youngest son and child of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR and Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart, and Lord Richard William Carey is the grandson of Lord George Frederick Carey and Lady Henrietta Bourbon, Duke and Duchess of Bedford Territory on Star Base 12.
Lord George Carey and Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR are first cousins,as they share the same grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk Territory and their sons, Lord Robert Frederick William and Lord Andrew Charles Howard are second cousins as they share the same great-great-grandfather, and Lord Robert Frederick Carey son, Lord Richard William Carey is Lord Andrew Charles Howard first cousins twice removed.
Bedford Territory is the second largest territory on Star Base 12 and Norfolk Territory is the first largest territory on Star Base 12 surrounded by many other smaller territories on Star Base 12 that include: Beaufort, Essex, Lancaster, Lennox, Pembroke,Somerset, Suffolk, and Wessex Territories.
There are also some tiny provinces such as Albany,Cambridge, Gloucester, Kendall, Kent, Langley, Northampton, Sussex and York that have no representation but Lord Charles Andrew JR and Lord Richard William.
