Lord Charles Andrew Howard is the second child and son of Lord Frederick William Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk Territory and his wife, Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard was born in 2187 much to the joy of his father, Lord Frederick William Howard who had already been blessed with one son, Lord Frederick William Howard II in 2184.
Frederick William's father, Lord Patrick William was alive to see the first two of his grandsons be born before he passed away in 2190, but he lived to see his first granddaughter, Lady Sophia Charlotte born prior to his death.
By the age of 25 years old, Lord Frederick William became 2nd Duke of Norfolk Territory and by the time he reached the age of 30 years old he became the proud father of a third son, Lord Andrew Charles.
Lord Frederick William Howard had eyes only for one woman on Star-Base 12, and her name was Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort who was the heiress of her father's Dukedom of Lancaster Territory.
Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort was a direct descendant of King Edward III through his third son, Lord John of Gaunt, first Duke of Lancaster through his third wife, Lady Catherine Swynford that bore four children for him and they were Lord John, Lord Edmund, Lord Thomas and Lady Joan Beaufort.
Lord John of Gaunt son, Lord John Beaufort was the great-great-grandfather of King Henry VII of England through his great-great-granddaughter, Lady Margaret Beaufort who married Lord Edmund Tudor who were the parents of King Henry VII of England.
Lord Edmund Beaufort traveled to Star Base 12 with Lord Patrick William Howard in 2153 and once his manor of Lancaster was built he claimed the north-by-northeastern territory on Star-Base 12 and he named it Lancaster Territory.
Lord Edmund Beaufort married Lady Eleanor Beauchamp and they had Lady Jeanette Viginia in 2187, and she was two years younger than Lord Frederick William Howard.
Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort was one of the most beautiful young women on Star Base 12 in her time and when she caught the eye of Lord Frederick William Howard. He refused to marry anyone but Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort.
The Beauforts never followed protocol and Lord Edmund and his wife married for love and they want the same for their two children, Lady Jeanette and Lord Charles and when Lord Patrick William approaches Lord Edmund for Lord Frederick William.
Lord Edmund tells Lord Patrick William, "My daughter will marry who she loves and not for any other reason. I want to see my children happy. It is important to me."
"All I will do is introduce my daughter to your son and see what happens." Lord Edmund states.
When Lord Edmund invites Lord Patrick, Lady Margaret,Lord Frederick and Lady Elizabeth to Lancaster Manor to introduce them to his wife, Lady Eleanor, Lady Jeanette and Lord Charles.
Lord Edmund sends for his daughter who is his heiress and Lady Jeanette walks in with her governess, and she curtsy to her father and mother and her father says, "My dear Lady Jeanette. This gentleman wanted to meet you."
