The Return of Dr. Leonard David McCoy

It has been five years since the USS Enterprise had their last shore-leave to Star-Base 12, but this time Captain James T Kirk has to decide who will take their shore-leave first and only the officers will have shore-leave.

The four main officers are: Dr. Leonard McCoy, Mr, Spock, Lt. Commander Montgomery Scott and him and the rest of the crew will get the next time around.

Captain James T Kirk decides the first one to receive his shore-leave is Dr. Leonard David McCoy as he has been overworked.

Star-Fleet Academy has granted all the officers four weeks of shore-leave and for the next four months The USS Enterprise is not on patrol.

Captain James T Kirk and Star-FleetCommand make arrangements with Lord Andrew Charles Howard on Star Base 12 for Dr. McCoy to stay at Beltane Manor.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard has to clear it with Lady Karissa as it is her property and she agrees to give Dr. McCoy housing for his shore-leave.

The last time Dr. McCoy saw Lady Karissa was with Mr. Spock and Nurse Christine Chapel five years earlier in 2280 and now it is 2285.

Dr. Leonard McCoy is beamed down to the beam down point where he is greeted once again by Lord Andrew Charles and Lady Karissa along with their children, Lady Elizabeth age 10 years old, Lady Samhain age 8 years old, Lord Anthony Christopher age 5 years old, Lady Caroline Matilda Carey age 3 years old and once again Lady Karissa is expecting their fourth child.

Lord Andrew Charles walks over to Dr. Leonard McCoy and he bows when Lord Andrew Charles Howard walks over " Welcome back to Star Base 12, Dr. McCoy." Lord Andrew Charles tells Dr. McCoy.

"Thank you, Lord Howard. I am afraid we will become one at a time for shore-leave." Dr. McCoy explains.

"Star-Fleet Command didn't want your wife or you to become too overtaxed." Dr. McCoy explains.

"I believe that Mr. Spock will beam down after my shore-leave. He requests that he is allowed to lodge at Norfolk Estate." Dr. McCoy tells him.

"I am sure that we can accommodate it if he prefers Norfolk Estate and I will have my oldest brother take care of him." Lord Andrew Charles explains.

"Mr. Scott will beam after Mr. Spock and then Capt. Kirk." Dr. McCoy states. "We had been given 4 weeks of shore-leave."

"I am glad to see that Star-Fleet Command has extended your shore-leave." Lord Andrew Charles tells him.

"You remember my wife, Lady Karissa." Lord Andrew Charles asks Dr. McCoy.

"Most certainly I do, Lord Howard." Dr. McCoy tells him and he walks over to where Lady Karissa is standing with the children and he bows to her and she acknowledges it with a smile.

"You remember our eldest daughter, Lady Elizabeth, but you didn't get to meet our other children, This is Lady Samhain, Lord Anthony and Lady Caroline Matilda Carey." Lady Karissa explains.

"You have a very handsome family." Bones McCoy tells Lady Karissa.

"Where is Mr. Spock?" Lady Elizabeth asks.

"Mr. Spock will beam down next month for shore-leave." Bones McCoy tells Lady Elizabeth.

"We have a nice quiet suite for you in the west-wing of Beltane Manor. It has a good view of the garden, plenty of sunlight, and it is very private. Of course Lord Andrew Charles and I are available if you want some company." Lady Karissa explains.

"Lord David WIlliam Beck will be joining us from White-Hall Manor out in Essex Territory." Lady Karissa tells Bones McCoy.

The last shore-leave that Bones McCoy was only for two weeks and he was with Nurse Christine Chapel and Mr. Spock.
