The Long Lost Daughter

Ch.1

Going back quite a few...years. There was a baby born April 2, by name Myoi Y/n in San Antonio, Texas. Unfortunately, due to her mother's dream of being a Kpop idol, she was going to be put up for adoption soon.

After the rough long decision, Y/n was taken to the Okinawa Adoption Center in Japan when the family arrived home. It was hard, but it was the only option for Mina to do. She didn't see no other way, but hoped that she would be adopted and live a good life.

For 8 long years living in the Adoption center, she was tired of everything. She didn't live a good life, actually she was heavily bullied due to being born in America. She was Japanese nonetheless, but there was no stopping that American side of her.

She learned how to speak English so she can talk trash to the girls in the Center without them knowing. But Japanese is her first Language, so she knew what was being said, and what she was learning in school.

When choosing the school that the kids in the Adoption Center, the nearest school was an Art School. That is where she met her best friend, and found her love for dancing. She was known to be the best dancer in her class, but that is made her an easier target for bullying.

Y/n sat down in her room at the Center, but then packed her bags, and ran out the door. She made it far enough, but the thing is that she got lost on the streets, she met this couple that saw her afraid. "Hey little girl, are you okay?"

Y/n: "I...I, um, I am from the Adoption Center, but I left"

Woman: "Do you know where it is, we can take you back?"

Y/n: "No. Wait I do know, but I don't want to go back. They were really mean to me, and I am getting older. I am told I don't have a chance of getting adopted"

Man: "Oh you poor girl, we will take you in. Don't worry, we can take care of you"

Y/n looked at them, she nodded. She will be able to get away if it doesn't work, but if it does, this couple can take care of her. They looked to be about late 20's, so she would be able to grow up with them.

They headed back to their house, Y/n was very skeptical and ready to run at any point in time. But they made it, they got her in the shower and in some clean clothes, giving her some food to eat, and making sure she wasn't hurt.

Man: "We have a guest room that we'll turn into your bedroom. But would you like some sleep, or maybe watch some TV"

Y/n: "Can I watch something?"

The man nodded and got her settled on the couch. Meanwhile the couple was talking about what to do, but seeing how she was, they decided to adopt her.

The woman sat down next to Y/n, "Hey um, what is your name?"

Y/n: "Myoi Y/n"

Woman: "Okay, nice to meet you Y/n. My name is Riana Kuri and my husband Riana Akira"

Y/n bowed and just stayed to herself. The woman looked at what Y/n was watching then back at her, "What school do you attend?"

Y/n: "The Art School down the street, it was close to the center"

Akira: "So you are into the Arts? I'm a painter"

Kuri: "I like do dance. That was our school when we were your age"

Y/n: "Really? I like dancing and singing, I want to become a singer and dancer"

Kuri: "Then go for it, I almost become a Kpop idol in Korea"

Y/n: "Like Twice?"

Kuri: "Yes exactly like them, but I didn't go through with it and now I'm here"

Y/n: "Can I do that?"

Akira: "Yes, go for it. We'll support you in that"

They got to know each other a little more, and a month later Y/n was being adopted. Now going by Y/n Riana Myoi. She was having fun, doing things she couldn't do before.

They got a new birth certificate, one that is approved and is legal to use, but lost the original, showing the name of her birth mother.

For the next 2 years she lived with the couple, who are now her mom and dad. She couldn't ask for anything more.

One day, while out at the mall looking around, Y/n was humming to a song just shopping when some lady walked up to her asking if she would want to become a Kpop idol under Hybe, also Source Music.

She got the card, told her mom, and they all talked about it. Y/n was only 10, she is so young, but nonetheless they agreed and off Y/n Riana Myoi to South Korea to become a trainee.

She made it, and due to her skills in dancing and singing, she was being looked at very carefully to debut. She started to live in the dorms with 5 other girls, little did she know, they would be her future group members.

Y/n was nervous, she called her parents every chance she got, and brushed up on her English skills with her group member Tori.

Y/n: "So you were born in America?"

Tori: "No I was born in Busan. Okay so, my dad is American and was in Korea for his job, fell in love, married my mom, then had me and later my brother. But then his work called him to go back to America and my family moved. Now I'm back as a Trainee"

Y/n: "That is so cool"

Another group member Naomi walked in, "Hello"

Y/n barely knew any of the Korean basics, but Hello was one of them, luckily for her Naomi knew Japanese as well since she is from Japan as well. Naomi has been in Korea for 2 years, so she knew a little more Korean, and was teaching Y/n along with Tori what she knew.

Y/n's goal was to have a conversation with the Korean girls in the dorm, although they are older than her. Everyone was very nice, and thankfully patient with her, but there have been some time where the oldest, Daeun, has had to get strict with the young girls, Tori and Y/n.

Y/n can pay attention to anything that she is taught, and picks things up easily. She was able to pick up Korean really easily, but it was just brain work, luckily for her she has a high IQ of 130. She liked learning and reading, so she will know a lot of things. She also started to learn a couple more languages...like Thai, and French. But she decided to stop at that, but if she wanted to learn more, she could.

Back in Japan, one of the things she did with her parents was ice skating, and got pretty good at it. Little did she know that another male trainee would be a professional figure skater, she got to know him by someone she became close friends with...Jay who would debut a little later in Enhypen.

She didn't talk much to people, but always looked like she was judging people. It gave everyone a sense that she didn't like anyone, but that's just her being introverted, she really is a caring person and made sure the older girls are okay because they take care of everyone, and she wants them to take care of themselves as well.

But when they finally get to know Y/n, they see she is really nice, and she is known around the company for her cute smile, but she is still a young girl, so that might be another reason. But also little did she know, her smile is gonna be a feature that catches everyone's attention.

When 2 years past, 12 year old Y/n, 13 year old Tori, 15 year old Haewon, 17 year old Naomi, 17 year old Narae, and 18 year old Daeun (Dae), got the news that they would be debuting as...
