Ah, the morning has come awakened. Both you and Albedo were awake.

"Hey Albedo! I'm gonna go to Diluc's place to cook us some breakfast since I don't have a kitchen. Don't break my stuff please!"

Not even bothering to hear his response, you went outside as you headed towards Diluc's mansion.

.

"Morning! it's me," you said loudly, trying to keep a kind tone.

20 minutes have passed and yet no one responded.

"...HELLO!?" you shouted, knocking the door about 3 times.

Before you could knock again, Diluc opened the door with a deadpan face.

"Not again," he muttered under his breath, closing his eyes while facepalming.

His hair was out of a ponytail, quite long actually and he was in his usual attire but without his coat. Does he sleep in that everyday or something?

"Hi Diluc~ Sorry if I came unannounced, but if you don't mind, may I use your kitchen since you're like the only one who has one?" you asked, pretending to be shy to get his consent.

"Why don't you use the pot and fire or something?"

"I'M COOKING ALBEDO'S BREAKFAST," you said in a desperate voice, almost scaring Diluc. "I mean...I'm cooking Albedo's breakfast so I want to cook it in the best kitchen ever in Mondstadt. I also want to make it delicious." He took a deep long sigh before opening his eyes.

"Alright. Come inside," he said, before heading back inside his mansion. You lift your fist in the air in victory.

"Thank you!" you yelled, taking off your shoe.

"No problem. Also, you don't have to take off your shoes," he said, while heading towards the kitchen, filling two glasses of cold grape juice.

"Oh okay," you said, while putting back on your shoes.

"I just realized something, do you even know how to cook?" he curiously asked before taking a sip of his grape juice.

"Yes, but like I said. I want to make something to impress Albedo so I'm asking you for your nice culinary skills." you responded, putting on an apron.

His eyes widened as he prevented a laugh. "Do you like Albedo perhaps?"

You denied his assumption but he doesn't seem to be buying it.

"Oh stop it, just show me how to cook a nice meal please," you pleaded, not in the mood to be teased about your love life.

"Alright then, I'll show you the skills of the owner of the Dawn Winery," he said, putting his cup on top of the table and went to where you were standing.

"What does he like to eat?" he asked, tying his hair up into a high ponytail.

"Uh...Spiders and fish? Oh! Dessert stuff too, I think," you said, looking at Diluc.

"Spiders? What? Uh- nevermind. We'll just make the Sunshine Sprat. It's a fish dish by the way," he said calmly, trying to not judge Albedo's interesting taste of spiders. "Now, are you ready to cook?"

You took a deep breath and rolled up your sleeves. "Yes sir!"

"Good. A reminder that this cooking lesson is not for free."
