Chapter Eighteen

Seokjin's Pov:

The word "sore" does not even describe how I felt. After I got out of the shower, I went straight to bed. This guy had deceived me and given me misleading information about himself. I now believe that this is the reason why his spouse cheated on him; the fact that he misrepresented himself was probably too much for him to handle.

"Babe, would you like something to eat?"

I don't know when the hell I turned into a babe. When I twisted my head to look towards the doorway to my room, I came dangerously close to breaking my neck by the speed I had done it. His word choice confused me.

I'm willing to wager that he does this and uses phrases like these to attempt to get innocent guys like me into his bed while simultaneously portraying himself in a false light as being kind and caring. Well, I'm not dumb. I have seen the light and know what he is like.

Anyway, I'm starving, so I'll put my pride aside for the time being and eat. I will not stand in his way if he wants to attend to my needs. He is the one who has me bound to this bed in the first place. I should have him also feed me.

"Yes, I am hungry." Babe!

"What kind of food would you want to eat?" He entered the room and then went to the side of the bed where I was lying.

"Surprise me." Let him figure it out. As long as it was something that could be digested easily, I didn't really care what it was. I had no particular preferences at the moment and was open to anything.

"How are you feeling?" he said as his hand crept forward and stroked my tummy, and I glanced at him in confusion.

Wow, he is quite skilled in this area.

"I am okay. You caused me to feel exhausted, but other than that, I'm fine."

He needs to feel guilty for his actions; all of that was unnecessary.

"I am sorry, and I promise I will be more careful next time. Because you are pregnant, you must also be a lot more sensitive, right?"

Next time? Yeah, no.

When I didn't respond to him, he leaned forward and kissed my stomach, "I will get you something to eat."

Wow, I can't believe how dangerous this guy is. How can he keep a straight face while doing all of these things? This needs to be classified as a criminal offense.

"Sure, thank you."

Jungkook's Pov:

If there is anything that I want, I will fight for it, and I will not give in under any circumstances. I am the kind of guy that does not like to lose.

When my ex-husband first began cheating on me throughout our marriage, I had no desire to continue fighting for our marriage. I didn't consider losing him to be a loss at all. I didn't divorce him immediately because I had a lot going on with my business. Any negative news about my company going public may have affected its performance, and my hard work was far more important.

From my current vantage point, I am pleased with my decision. I placed my business first, and it is now a multibillion-dollar enterprise. I am well-known worldwide, and many unsuccessfully attempt to mimic my achievements.

In addition to having a successful business, I also have a husband who is best suited for me. Seokjin is exceptional in almost every way.

Aside from his shopping obsession, he is a unique guy.
