"I understand," The judge nodded. "Do you have a bank account, Mrs. Bennett?"

"She does," Owen nodded. "She had me close her old one that he had access to and set her up a new one where her jobs can pay her direct deposit. She is the only one that has access to it."

"Good," He nodded then cleared his throat, "I know you are tired Mrs. Bennett but I need you to stay awake long enough to hear this."

"Yes, Your Honor," She weakly said while barely nodding.

"I am ordering this marriage to be terminated effective immediately. Mr. Bennett filed for termination of his rights and I am allowing it, his name will be removed from her birth certification as well as any other paperwork tied to Iris. Mrs. Bennett is able to now change her name back to her maiden name as well as put it on her daughter's birth certificate. Since Mr. Bennett was the one to orchestrate the attack on his now former wife, he is obliged to cost all medical costs to her, her service dogs, and any psychological visits the child may have to go through to help her cope with what she witnessed happen to her mother. He is also ordered to pay for loss of employment from all three jobs as well as cover child care for the three months the former Mrs. Bennett will lose while she has recovering. Both Mr. Bennett and Mr. Clark are sentenced to prison for 80 to 100 years for attempted murder, stalking, abuse, rape, and well I will just list everything in the paperwork. There will be no chance of parole either and they will have no contact with each other either. Mr. Bennett and the former Mrs. Bennett wanted no contact with each other and it is so ordered. The Bennett family will not be allowed to reach other to the mother and daughter as well and Mr. Bennett will be covering the cost of the debt he incurred in his former wife's name. I think that covers everything."

"Your Honor?" Amy asked.

"Yes?" The judge asked.

"Can I ask for one more thing, please?" She asked nervously.

"Name it," he nodded.

"Would you be able to go ahead and change our names to Coleman, please?" She asked. She saw Gabe's mouth drop open while the rest smiled proudly. "My best friend has admitted that he is in love with me and has been by my side through everything. He has accepted my daughter as his own and shown the both of us what a real family is. He said he would adopt her the moment we were done with Mason. He actually wants to make her his daughter in all aspects and I would love to marry him and his boyfriends in a poly marriage if it is possible. They have helped the both of us through all this, even on the dark days when I didn't know what we were going to do. They have been not only my best friends but also become my family. My daughter loves them and has started calling them daddies. You don't know how much that means to me. Mason would never allow Iris to call him Daddy. He would yell at her when she would, do you know how heartbreaking it can be for a little girl to have her biological father yell at her and tell her he's not her daddy and never will be? Mason forgot her life threatening allergy and I had to rush her to the hospital over it. My best friend and his boyfriends instantly started making changes to their house and cooking when they learned about it. They are so protective over her already, it's amazing to see and watch. My best friend and his boyfriends, well I guess now my boyfriends also, lit up the day she called them daddies. It was like Christmas day for them and her. She is so happy now and thriving both physically and mentally. Their parents have also accepted me and Iris. They even put us in their family books already. They came from all over for her birthday despite barely knowing us. That is real love. We finally have a real loving family, Your Honor. I would love for us to become Colemans. It would mean the world to us, Your Honor. Please, can we go ahead and become Amy and Iris Coleman?"

"It is so ordered," The judge said slamming his gavel down. "I will have Mr. Blackbourne give me all the paperwork and I will sign off on both. You are now Amy and Iris Coleman."

"Thank you, Your Honor," She sniffled and he nodded then ended the conversation.

"Trouble," Gabe groaned as he walked over to her. He bent down and kissed her so softly it took her breath away. When he pulled back he gripped her chin and smiled, "I fucking love you. We love you."
