Chapter 37

"MOMMY!!!!"

Amy's face lit up as Iris came running towards her. She bent down and hugged her daughter tightly then began kissing her all over.

"Mommy," Iris giggled as she soaked it all up.

"I missed you so much," Amy whispered as she hugged her tightly. "So much."

"Miss you too," Iris giggled as she held her hand and pulled her into the living room. "Wookie," She pointed at the new dog beds and toy boxes.

"Wow," Amy gasped as she hugged all the parents. "I know you said they were spoiled but wow."

"Yeah, well, when it comes to the parents, they nearly rival Gabe," Kota chuckled. "And we can't tell them no."

"Sit," Erica said pointing to the couch, "you still need to take it easy."

"Okay," She said as she walked over to the couch and laid down.

"Mommy tired?" Iris asked and she nodded.

"I am but it's okay," She smiled as Iris climbed into her lap. "I'm so glad to be home and have you back in my arms, my sweet, sweet Flower."

"No more bad dyes?"

"Nyet," Nikolai shook his head. "No more."

"Okay," Iris smiled as she laid her head on Amy's chest.

"No one will ever hurt us again, Flower," Amy whispered as she ran her fingers through her daughter's hair. "I promise." She drifted off to sleep

"Okay," She smiled as the family looked at one another with smiles on their faces. All three dogs laid in front of the couch.

Corey turned on the TV and everyone went their separate ways. When she woke shortly later she smiled when she realized Iris was still on her chest.

"Need me to move her Babe?" Brandon asked when he realized she was awake. She shook her head and he nodded, "Alright, just let me know and I will."

A few minutes later the gate buzzed and she looked at him confused, "Who's at the gate?"

"The parents ordered us pizza for dinner before they left," Nathan said as he came into the room.

"They left?" She pouted and he chuckled.

"Momma Erica and Jess left since she has school tomorrow, Sean's parents left because they have work tomorrow, and Raven's parents just went to a hotel to let us start getting back into our routine. They will be back sometime tomorrow."

"Okay," She smiled then frowned, "Are they going to go back to Russia soon?"

"Da," Raven nodded as he came back into the house while carrying pizza boxes. "Next week."

"Oh," She pouted then nodded, "Well, we will just have to enjoy every day they are here."

"They will come back another time, Sweetie," Corey smiled softly as he placed her pizza, sweet tea, and pain pill bottle on the table. "You know they won't stay gone for long now that they have you and Flower to spoil rotten."

"You're silly," She said as Iris started to wake up. "Hey Sleeping Beauty, Daddies got pizza."

"Yay!" She giggled as she sat up and rubbed her eyes. "I hungee."

"Me too," Amy smiled as she slowly sat up.

"Here we go," Marc said as he handed Iris her plate. "Pizza for Little One and pizza for Mommy." He handed her the plate and then held out her medicine.

She took it then started eating. "What are you thinking?" Gabe asked softly in her ear. "Color?"

"Purple," She smiled as she laid her head on his shoulder and wrapped her arm around his.

"Freaking good," He whispered as he kissed the top of her head.

"This is everything you promised me," She whispered as she hugged his arm, "and more."

"I'm sorry it took so long," he whispered, "but I'm glad I have you back and her."

"It was worth the wait," she whispered then giggled softly when he kissed the top of her head. "We finally have our happily ever after."

"Still need to have our ceremony," He mentioned and she shook her head.

"We don't have to have one. I'm okay with how things are."

"Oh no you don't," Gabe shook his head chuckling. "I'm not missing the opportunity of seeing the two most beautiful girls in the world in dresses and us having a ceremony with our family as we commit to each other. We are having a ceremony, Trouble."

"If you say so," She mumbled as she took another bite of her pizza.

"You don't believe me?" He asked.

"Well, we are already legally married," She frowned, "so what's the point, really? All the money that would be spent for just one day and I can think of a million other things it could be spent on. And we would have to find dresses and find a day where no one is working, which is near impossible and Raven's parents are about to leave and it just seems like too much."

"It's not Trouble," He shook his head. "We can handle everything but the dresses if you just let us."

"But I like my ring," She pouted and he chuckled.

"We can use that ring, you don't have to have another one if you don't want one."

"Mommy marry Daddies?" Iris asked as she touched the ring on Amy's left ring finger.
