There has been moments in my life where I couldn't get what I wanted. 'Di naman mahirap ang pamilya na'min but because it's only me, my mom, and my grandmother, my mom had to work overtime.

Lagi na lang siya ang namomoblema sa kuryente o tubig, tapos yung eskwelahan ko pa. I couldn't ask her what I want. Like I want that one Barbie doll, o gusto ko nang bagong sapatos.

We are not poor, we had everything we need... not what we wanted, and we're okay with that.

I studied, I did everything to make sure na worth it yung binabayad ng nanay ko sa pag-aaral ko.

Let's just say, I am an it-girl.

Doon ko narealize na kapag may gusto ka sa buhay, pwede mong maachieve yun, as long as you work for it and don't give up.

Who cares kung sabihin nila na 'di para sa'yo?

Who are they to tell you that shit?

They're saying that because they never achieved what they wanted.

How can I say that so easily?

Because I worked hard for everything that I achieved.

I am a well-known model and influencer now, I have my own apartment na tinitirhan na'min ng nanay ko, I plan to build my own fashion brand one day and other ventures.

I am getting paid my worth, I am that girl, and I got here because of my hard-work, fuck it.

So this is no different at all.

I want Ryland Manuel.

And I will have him.

"Excuse me?" sabay na sabi ng manager ko at pati na rin si Ares Cardoza, yung boss ko.

"I'll take Rina's job, you said she's busy right, and almost every angel is auditioning for the fashion show, I'm free, 'di naman ako runaway model, choose me."

I crossed my arms and smiled at them professionally, but I'm actually screaming inside.

Mag-iisang linggo na 'kong naghahanap ng paraan para makatrabaho si Ryland. I literally called my model friends if they're working with Ryland, and I begged them to let me in to my photoshoot or quit it themselves tapos babayaran ko na lang sila.

I am desperate for things that I want, and unfortunately, Ryland is what I want.

"Ah... why... all of a sudden?" naguguluhan na tanong ni Ares.

I'm pretty close to Ares, we've been working together for a while now.

Sa una, si Alexander ang nakakita sa'kin and took me in as a model in the agency in college.

And now, Ares is kind of also my manager, so I have two managers, crazy, huh.

We built a healthy and loyal business relationship, tsaka isa pa, magkaibigan kami, kaming tatlo ni Ares at si Alexander.
