'No rooms? Not a single room for me and my darling companion.' he gestured to kitty. She smiled sweetly at the man.

'Sorry my lord all filled.' The innkeeper told them, gesturing to the tavern full of people.

'Alright alright, I understand.' tyrion looked around the room. 'Anyone care to sell me there room? I will pay top coin for it.' He waved a coin around and a man stood up.

'You can have mine.'

'Wonderful, good man.' Tyrion said slapping the coin into his palm. Lannister gold kitty thought, thank the gods for Lannister gold. Tyrion smirked back at her. But then his eye caught someone hiding. 'Ah lady stark i did not see you there.'

'Mother?' Kitty moved around the men to see her mother. She didnt look at kitty though.

'Pleasure to see you again my lady.' Tyrion said kindly bowing to her but Mother did not look happy to see them though. Soon she was calling upon all the men from all different houses to stand and defend her.

"Mother?' Kitty yelled over the noised of swords being draw in their direction.

"Lady stark,' Tyrion said with a hint of bitterness.

'Mother what are you doing?' Tyrion was grabbed then kitty and his guards were incapacitated. They were dragged away from the inn, still tried and hungry from their journey but not going to get rest anytime soon.

'mother please tell me whats going on!" kitty begged. Catelyn avoided her daughters gaze at all costs.

'Where are you taking us?' Tyrion questioned as he was dragged along as well.

'The veil,' Catelyn said shortly as she rode ahead of them, tired of hearing them speak.

'The veil?' kitty questioned

'You will stand trial for your crimes!" Catelyn shouted back at them fury in her eyes.

"Trail for what? Mother we didn't do anything!" Kitty begged her mother to listen to see reason but she wouldn't have it.

Kitty kept tripping on the uneven ground as she walked focusing on her footing while tyrion glared at the woman. To unrightfully accuse him was one thing but to bind her own daughter?

Ludicrous.

'My sister is lady of the veil and she will see that you both are properly punished.' Catelyn said before riding so far ahead of them that she couldn't hear her daughters crys.

'I don't understand Tyrion.' Kitty whispered. 'Why is she doing this? What crime does she think we committed?'

"You crippled her son.' A guard yelled.

'Brandon? My brother? I did no such thing and neither did Tyrion. He was with me in the gardens when Brandon fell. And neither of us are extremely fast might I add.' As she stumbled again not used to walking this much without help.

'Well the lady stark says you did so you will stand trial for it and die. Out the moon door probably.'

'Moon door?' Kitty asked and Tyrion shook his head. He had heard of the moon door but never hoped to experience it in person

'Perhaps we cold make a deal.' Tyrion began trying to sweet talk his way out of things. 'I have money. Lots of money.'

'Loyalty is what lady stark has and that's worth more than any gold your father might shit out.' Tyrion was getting no where with these guards. They were loyal to the stark name but katarina was, is, a stark and they show her no respect.

'So you will allow the lady katarina stark to be executed along with me? she is innocent in all of this, as am I might I add but she truly has never done any wrong!"

"If the lady stark says shes to go on trail then the girl goes on trial too.'

'If we die,' kitty began and Tyrion turned to her, holding her hands in his both bound.

'We will not die. There will be a trial and I will get us our freedom. I promise you.' Kitty wanted to believe him but then they were ambushed and her hopes of surviving past today plummeted. She wasn't equipped for battle. She had never learned. She had never needed to. she always thought she would live out her days at winterfell and help raise her siblings children and tend to the animals until she died. Now she was in a new land being taken hostage by her own mother.

Katarina stood frozen as the man came down and attacked. It all happened in the blur. Tyrion was pulling her down behind shelter and pleading with her mother to untie them so he could help. As they debated if it was a good idea to free Tyrion kitty was dragged away, kicking and screaming. Tyrion turned to where he had left her only to see an empty space. His eyes frantically searched for her to see a man wielding an axe swinging down at her. she screamed and Tyrion jumped into action seeing a shield and smashing the man over and over again until he fell. Kitty rolled away in a panic. Tyrion continued to beat the man until his head split in two.

Seeing the look of panic on kitty face Tyrion dropped the shield and moved to her shaking body. Her arms still bound, her wrists red with rope burn from pulling at them.

'are you alright my dear?' he whispered cradling her face in his hands. she could only nod as she hugged him. She had never felt so useless before. They were attacked and she did nothing to help, nothing to stop it. Her only hope was maybe now her mother would let them go but once Catelyn composed herself she pushed them forward, rebinding tyrions wrists and dragging them along. Kitty didn't speak the rest of the journey, only soft sobs escaped her lips. Tyrion had no words to comfort her. no matter what came to mind it would never be what she truly needed to hear. He thought back to jon, what would jon say to make her feel better but as he pondered they had arrived and it was too late for false hope. They were going to die.
