Jon was in the crypts paying his respects with kitty.

'Its beautiful.' Jon told her as he looked at the sword Gendry made for her, he handed it back and looked to the staute of Lyanna stark, his aunt.

'Can you believe he made it just for me!" kitty exclaimed.

'I can believe it, you are a little light Kitty, good people see that light and cant help but love you.' He told her.

'you know aunt lyanna... she was always kind to me. I wish she was my mother... she was kind, and smart and brilliant... jon you would have loved her.' kitty told him.

'Kitty I'm sorry. I'm so sorry about everything, everything they put you through your whole life.' Jon told her.

'Jon-' but Samwell stumbled and fell catching their attention

'I'm sorry I'm not supposed to be down here I know but-' Jon hugged him, silencing him.

'What are you doing here at Winterfell? what did you read every book in the citadel already?' jon teased.

'Hello,' sam looked to kitty.

'Hi,' she waved.

'oh sam this is my sister kitty.' Jon said urging her forward.

'oh your kitty... jon talked about you all the time.' Sam told her and her smiled widened.

'its very nice to meet one of jons brothers.' Kitty said shaking his hand. But when sam looked to jon his smiled dropped from his face.

'What's wrong? Are Gilly and little Sam all right?' jon questioned

'I know that Daenerys executed my father and brother, they were her prisoners.' Sam told him, jons face dropped. 'she didn't tell you?'

'I'm so sorry we need to end this war..'

'Would you have done it?' Sam asked

'I've executed men who disobeyed me-'

'You've also spared men.' Sam reminded him.

'I was not a king' Jon reminded him

'But you were' Sam told him 'you have always been-'

'I gave up my crown Sam I bent the knee I am not came to north.' Jon told him.

'I'm not talking about king of the north I'm talking about king of the bloody 7 kingdoms!' Sam called after him as Jon marched away. kitty stood watching them, quietly, she didn't understand what was happening, so she stood as quiet and still as the statues around her.

'I have a high septum diary and Bran has whatever Bran has.' Sam went on.

'What are you talking about?' Jon question

'Your mother was Lyanna stark and your father, your real father was Reagan Targaryen you have never been a bastard, you are the true heir to the iron throne you are a Targaryen Jon... I know this is a lot to take I'm sorry!' sam called as jon began to pace back and forth.

'My father was the most honorable man I have ever met, you are saying he lied to me all my life?" jon questioned

'Your father... Ned Stark promised your mother he would protect you and if he didn't Robert would've murdered you... you are the true king, protector of the realms, sixth of his name, all of it.' Sam told him.

'Daenerys is our queen'

'She should not be'

'That is treason' Jon warned him

'It is the truth! you gave up the crown to save your people, would she do the same?' sam questioned

'come on kitty.' Jon said grabbing her arm. Her mouth hung open her eyes wide as she processed what sam had just told him.

'jon is what he said true? Are you the true ki-'

'hush, hush,' he said putting a hand over her mouth. 'don't say that out loud.' He told her moving his hand.

'Jon is what he said true?'

'I don't know. I don't know. Why would our father lie?' jon questioned.

'to protect you.' Kitty said softly. 'jon even if you are born of lyanna... you will always be my brother. Always.' Kitty told him.

'and you will always be my sister.' He confirmed 'but right now we have bigger things to worry about then my blood line.' Jon told her.

'youre not going to say anything?'

'I'm not going to say anything yet.' He corrected. 'we deal with the white walkers first.' She nodded. 'kitty don't tell anyone. Don't tell sandor, don't tell tyrion or gendry... don't tell daenerys!' he told her.

'but jon-'

'kitty promise me you will keep this a secret!' jon told her and she nodded.

'I promise. I will keep your secret... until we kill the white walkers.' She added.

'thank you...' he let out a deep sigh. 'damnit.' He muttered.

'you really liked her didn't you?' kitty questioned.

'I really did. But that doesn't matter now.'
