"Eject! Eject! Eject!" Ashley screamed, as the plane started to reach below the hard-deck level, fast.

The canopy ripped open and they pulled the ejection cord, causing their seats to throw them up out of the plane. The parachutes deployed and they floated down as Ashley watched the plane spiral out of control and into a mountain, exploding.

They made their way down and landed in the forest, 100 miles from the base

"Stupid asshole!" Ashley shouted as she ripped off the parachute from her shoulders

"Ash, what is going on with you and Turbo?"

"We've been fighting recently... its nothing" Ashley spoke

"It's clearly not nothing when you came head to head with him in the air and almost paid the price for it!" Twister retorted. The green smoke that was now bellowing from the parachute, in order to show their location, drifted into the sky. Shortly after, the sound of helicopter blades could be heard and a sudden, strong gust of wind almost knocked the two off their feet as the helicopter landed in the clearing in the forest

"Lieutenants, are you alright?" The medic asked as he rushed over to the pair

"Yes, we're fine." Twister responded

"Well, let's get you two back to base" Twister and Ashley started to follow the medic towards the helicopter when Ashley began to feel rather faint. She stopped only a few steps away from the helicopter when Twister and the medic turned around to see that she had stopped

"Ash? Are you okay?" Twister asked

"I─" Her sentence was cut off when she was met with darkness and she fell to the floor. The medic and Twister ran over to her

"Ashley?! Is she okay?" Twister asked, trying to wake the girl

"She just has hypoxia" The medic spoke, gently lifting the girl into his arms and carrying her over to the helicopter

"Altitude sickness?" Twister questioned

"Yes. It is likely common when oxygen levels are low, and given the height you both fell from, her brain and body have received low levels of oxygen" The medic informed Twister, before turning to the other medic in the helicopter, "Put the oxygen mask on her and inform the base that we are bringing them both into the medical centre as soon as we land" The helicopter lifted off the ground and up into the sky as they made their way back to base.
