58. Touring

Our honeymoon has gone by entirely to quick. So far other than roaming the sidewalks around the hotel we have not done anything else. It should seem we both have just been driven to roll in the sheets in just about all the positions I think possibly, but Zack brings something out in me to just jump him every minute.

There has been more talking and getting to know each other more. I could not love him anymore.

I have said that many times but it is so true. We have learned more about each others childhood and he heard all the things I got into with Bethany beside me. As where I learned how it was for him growing up.

Today though, we are making use of the touring tickets that my parents gave us. Especially with our flights back are tomorrow morning. So I am wearing as nice full length dress, but I am hiding tennis shoes underneath because all the walking we will be doing I need them badly.

"The escort is here." Zack calls out.

I walk out of the bathroom and grab the money I had on me to place in a sling purse that goes around my neck and shoulder to help make sure no one can just snatch and run with my purse. Giving Zack a kiss, we walk out our room.

Excitement runs through me as we get in the car. I have read so much on the pyramids and now I am getting to experience them. It doesn't seem like the drive is all that long and we are pulling up to one set.

"This isn't the pyramids I thought we were to see. Because the Sphinx is not here." I look confused out the window.

"No Miss, these are the Bent Pyramid and Red Pyramid. For the first section of the tour this is the stop before rounding out to the Pyramids of Giza where the Sphinx is at. The tour will last the entire day for you both." The driver answers.

A happy bubble feelings goes through me. There is a small snap and I look over to see Zack with his phone out.

"That is going as my screen saver." He smiles.

Taking a moment to look over and see what he is looking at for a picture, it makes me smile even more. It's me smiling and the pyramid right behind me.

The driver opens the door and we step out. It shocks me when he is the one to be our tour guide. Throughout it all we get a history lesson on the pyramids we are at, before he takes us through on the inside. The details are astoundingly beautiful.

There is a small tinge of fear with how deep we had to walk down into the pyramid, because these things are beyond old. I push the anxiety away and enjoy the adventure.

"This is the Red Pyramid we are in and it is actually one of the largest pyramid in Egypt. It was not built first as the Bent Pyramid was the first."

The sun is blinding after the short time we spent in the pyramid. Zack wraps his arm around mine and we link our fingers together.

"Time goes by to fast when having fun." Zack sighs, before kissing my head once we are back in the car.

"That it does. I wouldn't trade this for anything. I will be thanking my parents so much for this." I laugh.

"Next will be lunchen before we move to the Pyramids of Giza." The driver announces, as we take off once more.

Lunch was delicious and very delicate event. All of the food seem almost to pretty to even eat it, but the flavor it gave danced with my tastebuds. If I spent to much time here, than I would definitely get fat because I have enjoyed every dish so far.

The driver slash tour guide helps us into the car and drives a ways before I can see the next Pyramids and Sphinx. It does look so much bigger in person than all the pictures I have seen. This right here makes me feel like an ant to a giant cat just looking out into the land.

"I wonder how they done all of this, because for the time period the talent and details are extradinary." I breath out.

"It is mind blowing how all of this was done." Zack agrees.

The gentleman goes into the history and we learn even more.

"The text books and websites never mentioned half of this." I am in shock and feeling a little mind over load.

"Being born and raised here you hear much of the stories or facts that can not be found in the world but right here." The driver smiles at us.

After walking around more the tour has came to an end. Zack and I get out of the car tipping to driver before he leaves. Never in my life have I been so happy to see an elevator!

Zack opens the door to our room and holds it for me to go in first. That is one thing about him, and he gets huffy if he doesn't open a door for me. Which kind of been a fun tease I can do with him on.

"It has been forever since I have said this, but my feet are actually killing me." I drop backwards on the bed.

"Good thing you wore the tennis shoes or you may have gotten blisters. I feel you on sore feet." Zack laughs, laying down beside me.

"Would room service be good with you for tonight, even though it's our last here? With both our feet hurting I don't feel up to walking to go out."

"Precious, that sounds amazing right now." Zack laughs and grabs the menu and phone from the table beside him.

We look over and choose the dish we woud like to have and called in. Laying on the bed, we cuddle and kiss some before there is a knock on the door. Zack jumps up before I could and I move over on the bed better.

Zack smiles as he rolls in a cart. "Seems as though we get a romantic dinner in our room."

There is some flowers in a vase, along with two candles on the top corners.

"My lady." Zack bows and takes the lid off the tray.

"How did you know that is the right dish?" I laugh at his antics.

"Well you see Precious, I am just that good." He smirks before laughing and sitting back on the bed with me.

"There is a tag on the lid. I'm not that good."

I look at him and smile, before kissing his lips only to pull back.

"You are that good to me, the best there is." I smile as he pulls me in for another kiss.
