Madeline's POV

"Remember second period," Michael whispered in my ear, as we walked inside the doors of school.

I walked to my locker and got the binder I needed.

I rushed to first period so I could get a seat up front.

I like learning new things and all, unlike Michael.

He likes to sit in the back and talk.

"Good Morning Maddie," Calum smirked.

I rolled my eyes and took a seat.

I saw a figure take a seat at the desk beside me.

"Find another seat" I mumbled, realizing it was Calum.

"Oh little miss Maddie is getting bold," he laughed.

I sighed and tried to ignore him.

Finally my teacher walked in, silencing the class.

I concentrated on the board as Calum kept tapping his foot.

It was getting annoying but I decided not to say anything.

I'm basically going to skip next period, but I mean this isn't the first time I have.

"Madeline and Calum" My teacher said, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Huh?" I said, clearly not listening.

"You guys are partners for the project, pay attention!" She warned.

Great a project with Calum, looks like I'm the one completing the work.

I got up and pushed my chair in as the bell rang.

I put my stuff in my locker and made my way down to the gym.

"Michael?" I said as darkness hit me, entering the gym.

"Boo," he grabbed me, hugging me from behind as a faint scream escaped my lips.

"Shh," he chuckled as a huge smile grew on my face.

It was like he planned this for weeks. The whole gym was decorated. The one thing that stood out to me was the big sign that read "Prom?"

I turned around to face him and I nodded, him kissing my cheek while he traveled his way down once again.
