Madeline's POV
He took my hand and ran off to that special place with me following behind.
It sounded like neverland.
"Close your eyes, and trust me," he whispered.
I did as he told, what did I have to lose?
It felt a little weird considering I didn't know where I was going.
"Open" his raspy voice whispered.
A tree house, with a beautiful garden surrounding it.
This must of took a long time to plan and build.
"My mother made this. Whenever I needed to escape the world for a while."
"She was a nice lady. I can tell she cared about you. My mother would never care to the point to make this for me."
He climbed the steps of the house that was built in the large tree.
"Are you coming?" He asked with his hand out.
I grabbed a hold of his hand and made my way to the entrance.
He held me in his arms as our feet dangled off of the house, looking down at the ground.
His soft lips touched the skin of my neck.
His touch made chills go down my spine.
Along with butterflies surprising my stomach.
His lips collided with mine and moved in sync.
Our hearts beating at the same rhythm.
The young doesn't simply feel this way for no reason.
Feelings are definitely involved.
He pulled away and I saw the look in his eyes.
The fear, I didn't understand it at all.
Was he afraid of falling in love?
