Your best friend, Colby, and you were sitting on the couch in the trap house, no one else was home.
He was editing a video for his youtube channel and you were just scrolling through tiktok. You start to feel someone taking off your shoes and massaging your feet. You look down at Colby.
"you good dork?" you chuckle
"you just seem tense and i wanted to help relieve some stress off of your shoulders.." he says smiling sweetly
You just smile and get up slightly, sitting on your heels, throwing your arms around him and cuddling up to him. You had a MASSIVE crush on him but you didn't want to tell him, because you knew he didn't feel the same. You felt so safe and at home with him. His hand gently rubs your back and you sigh.
"i took up smoking again..." you say softly
"Y/n..." he sighs sitting up and making you look at him
"Colby i don't want to hear it okay.." you say knowing he was about to lecture you
"Y/n I just don't know why you do that to your body..." he says stroking your cheek
"well it's my body Cole..." you snap
"you can die from the smoke in your lungs.." he snaps back
"MAYBE I WANT TO DIE.." you shout
You just see his face drop and you run up the stairs to the bathroom, slamming and locking the door sobbing.
You hear someone run up the stairs and rapidly knock on the door.
"Y/N PLEASE ANSWER THE DOOR! PLEASE OPEN IT!! PLEASE DONT DO ANYTHING STUPID..." Colby yells almost breaking into tears
Colby's POV
I manage to break the door down and see y/n passed out on the floor. I collapse into my knees and see blood surrounding her.
"SOMEONE HELP!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!" I cry out
**months later**
I am sitting on the couch making a video with Sam, Kat, Jake and Corey. I take a shot of whiskey.
"Bro you wanna say something that broke your heart recently?" Jake asks me
"Mmm yeah..." i say clearing my throat
They all look at me as i start to tear up a bit.
"Her name was y/n..." I start to say
"Colby don't...you're drunk..." Sam sighs
"Who's y/n?" Kat asks softly
"I was kind of shy but she was a dare devil...she didn't care what she did as long as it gave her an adrenaline rush..." I say nodding
"Colby stop it seriously it's okay...you don't need to say anything else about it okay...i know how much it hurt you.." Sam sighs putting his hand on my shoulder
"Tell me more Colbs..." Kat says gently grabbing my hand (in a friendly way of course)
"She uh she loved to smoke...even though she knew it was slowly killing her from the inside out..she didn't drink because she said her parents would hit her if she even thought about having a sip of beer or alcohol in general..." I say rubbing Kat's hand with my thumb gently
"Bro why didn't you tell us about this mystery girl sooner..." Jake sighs
"I told Sam about her...but i didn't want to relive what happened that day..." I say a single tear rolling down my cheek
I just sniff
"Colby you can stop if you want..." Sam says rubbing my back
I just shake my head, wanting to get out all these built up emotions. I break down into tears, putting my head in my hands.
Kat looks over at Sam sadly.
"Colby what happened?" Corey asked
"She uh she killed herself in the upstairs bathroom...I tried ta-talking her out of it but by the time i got in there...it was sadly too late man.." I sniff
I sigh, wiping away the tears from my eyes.
"I'm sorry I need some air.." I say getting up and walking outside
Sam follows me out
"Colby you didn't need to tell them any of that..." he sighs grabbing my arm
"I should've kissed her when i had the chance man...I should've told her how i felt and now i fucking can't because she's gone..." I snap but then give Sam a huge hug sobbing into him
"Yeah i know man.." he sighs just holding me in his arms
