Zhan opened the door to his apartment to see

Zhan giggled at the sight. Didn't know Yibo has a soft spot for cats

-"Didn't know our mean skater boy likes fluffy and cute stuff" Zhan giggled

Yibo was surprised to see him so suddenly, he dropped the cat (dont worry he's finnee)

-"N-no I dont"

-"No need to be shy" Zhan giggled

Suddenly Yibo's phone started ringing

-"I need to go" he said with a startled face

-"Is everything alright? Can you go in this state?"

-"None of your business"

And just like that Yibo ran out of the apartment.

What the hell is happening- thought Zhan

The thoughts strangled him until he couldn't hold back anymore. What if something really bad happens. Then I'll live with guilt my whole life

Zhan took a taser with him just incase and bravely stepped out his house.

He tried searching everywhere

calling everyone

Zhan was absolutely exhausted

I hope he's okay. What was I thinking anyways. trying to find someone in such a big city

Zhan sat down on the concrete step infront of a minimart defeatedly

-"What are you doing here" said a cold familiar voice

Zhan turned his head to his direction to see Yibo.

Zhan pulled Yibo into a hug almost tripping the other one

-"Finally found you" he mumbled but suddenly pulled him away and started examining his whole body. He held Yibo's face in his palm and turned it left and right and looked for any new wounds. Making the other become a flustered mess, yet he didn't even try to stop him

-"Phew, glad your not hurt" Zhan signed in relief "I dont get paid enough for this" he mumbled

-"Were you searching for me?" Yibo asked in a quiet and surprised tone

-"Well, yeah.. I was really worried about you. You left in such a hurry and you looked so stressed, I thought something bad must've happened... I didn't want you to get hurt and you know-"

Before Zhan finished his vent, Yibo hugged Zhan tightly.

Slightly pulling away creating a bit space between them Yibo looked deeply into Zhan's eyes. He never had anyone search for him. Even if he was gone for months

-"Thank you..." Yibo whispered.

Zhan felt butterflies in his stomach as he looked into Yibo's captivating eyes. And the warmth of his body really droge him mad...

Zhan pulled away

-"Oh by the way, why did you leave so suddenly?"

-"Important exam"

Zhan facepalmed himself in his mind.

how did I forget that his grade was taking a exam today? I was the one that was teaching and preparing them for the exam. Plus I checked everywhere except the school.

-"I'll get going" Yibo said and waved a goodbye

Zhan nodded as a goodbye and also took a leave.

Next morning

-"MOOIOEEOOWWW!!!! AARRGHHH!!!"

Well you know the routine of the little demon

-"JUST 15 MORE MINUTES YIYI ITS FUCKING 5:30 IN THE MORNING"

after 15 mins

-"Another day another slay" he stretched his back and after doing his daily routines and headed out to work like usual

-"Hello mister Wang, your results came in and they are looking pretty good" Zhan smiled at him

-"All thanks to you doctor" He smiled back

Zhan walked his patient room and met the other Wang at the exit

-"Hi Yibo" Zhan smiled

-"mn" Yibo said without even looking into Zhan's eyes and walked away into his brothers room

Zhan ignored Yibo's rude behaviour and left

After wrapping up with all his work Zhan returned to his cabinet

*knock knock

-"Come in" Zhan answered

-"Hey Dr. Xiao, this handsome boy kept asking where you were. I think you should go see him."

-"Huh?"

-"He's in the lobby"

Zhan walked over to the lobby and he saw Yibo sitting on one of the benches

-"Searching for me?" Zhan asked teasingly

-"N-no, why would I" He said while looking at the celling

-"Well, I guess I'll leave then?" Zhan turned around to leave. But Yibo grabbed Zhan by the wrist to stop him

-"No wait-"

-"What is it?" Zhan smiled

-"It's um... Th-thanks for taking care of me and my brother" he said without looking into Zhan's eyes.

Zhan saw how flustered he was and giggled making the blush even harder

-"It's my duty" said Zhan and pet Yibo's head before leaving.

What the hell is he doing to me -Yibo thought while trying to calm his heart down.
