Shota kept his hand on Izuku's fluffy black neck fur for the entire ambulance ride. To keep the child calm. The ambulance ride was quick much to the happiness of Izuku who didn't like the sirens very much. Once they arrived at the hospital Izuku was taken to a hospital room to be looked over. Aizawa then walked up to the reception.

" Hello, how may I help you?" The receptionist asked with a gentle smile on their face.

" Hello I'm Eraserhead, an underground pro hero and I'm here with that child that was just brought in." The tired looking man spoke. " Can you let me know if he needs me? I'm going to need to make some calls to my boss and some others"

" Of course Eraserhead sir I'll let you know immediately if the child needs you." The receptionist said gently.

" Thank you" Shota said before walking off pulling out his phone and putting in a number. " Hey Naomasa have you got anything from the scientists about the kid yet?"

" Yes I have and my officers found a whole file on the child and what he's gonna be capable of doing and it's quite interesting. To say the least" Tsukauchi said with a suspicious tone in his voice. " But I can't seem to get them to talk about the file or the evolution methods."

Shota sighed audibly " well can you tell me about the file once I get a chance to come see you Naomasa? " He raised a hand to his face to rub his temple. " Or anything about his family?"

" Actually about his family his mother is dead seemingly a suicide and the father is not in the picture at all it's like he's vanished" Tsukauchi said his voice drenched with concern. " And of course we can talk about the file when you get here and you might wanna bring nedzu and Present Mic with you."

" And why do I need to bring them?" The black haired Omega asked with a huff

" Cause I already know you're attached to the kid based on how you were acting when you brought him out of the lab." The chief of police sneered. " And your family will want to know about their new son/grandson and know about his extremely powerful and versatile quirk."

" All right, fine I'll see if they can take time off and come with me so I'll talk to you later. I'm gonna call Hizashi now and talk to him about Izuku."

" Ok Aizawa talk to you later bye now" Tsukauchi hung up the phone

" Um Eraserhead?" The Receptionist spoke gently

Aizawa turned to face the receptionist and tilted his head like a confused puppy and said " yes what is it?"

" I was just told that Izuku wants to see you the nurses say that they are struggling to calm him down" the receptionist frowned

" Ok what room is the problem pup in?"

" Room 180."

" All right. Thanks" he waved at the receptionist and headed right to the room Izuku was in. He heard a familiar screech as he was heading to the room.

" Eeeeeeeevvvvvvvvuuuuuuiiiiii!!!!" The screech sounded through the halls as Shota raced to the room. Right as he reached the door a flurry of golden stars flew out the door and crashed and disappeared once it hit the wall. " Eevui eevui vui..." the screeching turned into scared noises.

Pup terrified. Comfort pup. Soothe the pup. * I know. I'm going to... just calm down Shota* " Izuku" the Omega spoke softly. " Are you ok?" He peered into the room and saw a green and black fox or maybe a dog or a cat, whatever it was sitting on the hospital bed in front of him.

" Eevee..." the creature was shaking in fear as it spoke its name.

" Izuku?" Shota asked seemingly calm but he was extremely worried " is that you?" The small fluffy being nodded. " Did you change into this?" It nodded again. " Can you change back?" Izuku shakes his head no. " I can help with that if you let me just stay calm ok?" Izuku began to relax and slowly nodded yes. " Ok then I'm going to activate my quirk now ready?" Once again the small being nodded. Shota let his hair rise as his eyes began to glow red. Then Izuku began to glow a soft blue and slowly turned back. The small child looked up at the Omegan pro hero and made grabby hands at him as he began to tear up. Shota lifted the child and placed his head by his neck by his scent gland and started to produce calming pheromones.

" Thank you.." Izuku mewled as he slowly fell asleep snuggled up against Aizawa. Shota sat on the chair by the bed as the nurse told him what happened and that his only ailment Is severe malnutrition.

" So otherwise he's fine right?" Eraserhead spoke with his head tilted.

" Yes, otherwise he's fine but we're going to give you a nutritional meal guide for him" the doctor spoke quietly to not wake Izuku.

" Ok thank you" said Shota as the doctor left the room. The doctor lifted his hand in goodbye. Shota once again pulled out his phone and began texting Hizashi, his mate.
