( Time skip to the end of Izuku's 5th grade year and back to third person Pov)

" Yo, midobro!" Denki shouted from the top of the slide.

" What is it, pikakami?" Izuku said, wobbling over to him. He was told he had to try and walk upright an hour per day to get used to the feeling.

  " Midoriya!" Iida calls Izuku. The small blue haired boy was chopping the air with his left hand. " Did you forget your crutches inside again?!"

  Izuku looks over to Iida before saying "my physical therapist says to try without them sometimes, ok? so there's no need to worry about me"

  " if you say so.." Iida replied to the greenette before walking off to do his homework early.

" So what do you want, pikakami?" Izuku asked his electrically charged friend.

" Did you evolve again since the last time?" The bright blonde asked Izuku, his lightning bolt shaped tail wagging.

" Surprisingly, no! And I don't know why," Izuku chirped.

" Well you were hit by my electricity when you evolved last time so maybe you just haven't been hit by the right stuff yet." Denki said in deep thought.

" You might just be right Denki!" Izuku said, pulling a notebook from nowhere.

" Where in the hell did you pull that from zuku?!" Bakugou shouted as he dragged a very tired shinsou and an emotionless todoroki to them from across the school yard.

" What, oh I just pulled it from the fluff of my tail. '' Izuku responded, writing what denki had suggested on his own page of the notebook.

"So" todoroki started " are y'all ready for the second gender talk we're being forced to have once we hit junior high school"

" I don't think anyone can be ready for that talk sho-kun." Shinsou states to his duel haired friend before adding. "but I'm gonna miss you all if y'all don't go to my junior high school. I'm going to Aldera Junior High. What about y'all?"

" Same" izuku and bakugou say together.

" I'm gonna to Hanami Junior High" denki adds " because I'm moving later this summer"

" Korusan" todoroki states blankly

" I'm going to sumei junior high!" Iida said, chopping the air as usual.

," Hey! I have an idea! Why don't I ask my dad and papa if we can have an end of the year sleepover?!" Izuku said excitedly.

" Great idea Eeveezuku!" Denki squeaked, " I'll ask my mother if I can go!"

" You know my mom and dad will say yes" bakugou said, his usual cocky smirk on his face.

" Same here, you know I'll be there" shinsou states with a rare smile on his face.

" I'll try my best to convince the flaming landfill of my father to let me go" the insult from Todoroki was something all the boys had gotten used to after a short amount of time.

  " If you tell him it's at my house, you know he'll say yes sho-kun" izuku added, rolling his eyes.

" Yeah we all know that dumpster fire wants you to become mates even though y'all haven't presented yet!"

" Yeah, I hate your father sho-kun!" Shinsou chirped out.

" Don't we all?" Tenya added, causing the boys to laugh aloud. Even Shoto joined in the laughter.
 
Izuku looked about before seeing a familiar face by the schoolyard fence walking by it. " DABI!" the green haired pup shouted before running off to the fence leaving his friends behind.

" IZUKU WAIT FOR US!" Denki shouted

" YEAH WAIT YA NERD!" Bakugou shouted in agreement

" DON'T TALK TO THE STRANGER YOU GUYS!" Tenya shouted, doing his iconic hand chop of justice.

" But I don't feel like running…" shinsou tiredly said walking after them

" I just want cold soba" Todoroki said the last one to start following izuku

  The teen that Izuku saw had black hair, ice blue eyes and was covered head to toe in burn scars, looked a bit confused at who called his name. Before turning to the fence and seeing the bright child he had told almost four years ago that he would be rescued. before jumping the fence and rushing to give the boy a big hug. " I've missed you Izu!"

" So this is dabi," Shota asked his pup, walking up from nowhere. " The vigilante and the one who warned you about your rescue. Nice to finally meet you pup"
