Meanwhile Tensei and Izuku had decided to explore the city before meeting up with Tenya and his first grade class at the park. Izuku had to be carried by Tensei since the pup still had trouble walking upright and was wobbling all over the place.

" Oi! Move out the way humans!" A panicked voice shouted from behind them. " Like now! MOVE! I'm being chased here!"

Tensei quickly sidestepped out the way for a * wait a second that was a puppy talking to us!* The bluenette thought to himself as a grey and white Akita Inu with silver tora-ge(tiger striped or can be called brindle) markings rushed past them, animal control hot on their tail.

" Catch me if you can, you dog trappers!" The puppy said before speeding off at an unnatural speed. " Hoshi of the Oū army escapes for another day!" They yell as they sped off.

" Dang it! She's escaped again!" One of the animal control staff snarled, throwing down their catch pole. " That's the fifth time we lost her this week!"

" She got to be taunting us boss!" A woman with a neko-like quirk spat.

" If I may ask, what was that about?" Tensei asked, tipping his head to the right while pulling out his hero license.

" Wait, you're the pro hero Ingenium! We could use someone with a speed quirk's help. you see that dog she's known as Hoshi the shooting star. She's an eight month old Akita Inu that has an intelligence quirk as well as a speed quirk that sharpens her fangs." The main animal control officer said panting

" People have said that she can cut through steel with her fangs alone!" The neko added her tail lashing.

" Yes she is considered a hero dog to some and a menace to others. a
As well as some villains wanting to catch her to breed her to make quirked talking dogs a normality and to make them weapons" the man added " there's also rumors that she knows of a place where dogs like her live like hundreds of them. We just want to catch her to warn her of these villains and to put a tracker on her just in case she goes missing."

" Oū..." izuku said quietly, " that place sounds familiar like I've heard stories about it."

" Izu if you know something about what Hoshi said please tell us" Tensei gently pushed the pup to tell them what he knows.

" Only if they promise to let Hoshi go when they warn her!" He said his eyes showed that he was very serious about what he was saying.

The man with the catch pole placed a hand over his heart and the other in the air " I promise that once we tag and warn Hoshi we will let her go."

The woman did the same. " You have our word pup."

" Ok.." izuku started " if I remember the legend that my mother told me, Oū is a dog paradise that only became one after a sliver tora-ge Akita named Gin, his father Riki and hundreds of dogs and a single hunter took down a giant red back bear called Akakabuto. Who had killed many dogs and humans in the age before quirks. The bear had built a stronghold in Futago pass and the dogs tore through it to reach Gajō and the bear. Gin and his father used an attack that sounds to have the same speed and strength as Hoshi's quirk to finally end the demon bear's reign of terror. Though many dogs including Riki had died in the fight. They had won, Gin became the dog pack's leader and Futago pass went to the dogs." Izuku finished the tale his mother had told him before he had taken and looked at the animal control officers. " If Hoshi is a descendent of one of the Oū army soldiers like she claims she will be heading back to Futago pass" he said looking to the mountains.

" Izuku.. we might have to tell Nedzu about Hoshi and that legend you told us ok?' Tensei said calmly.

" Why?" Izu said his worry for the puppy was clear in his voice.

" Cause he might be more likely to get her to understand the danger she's in. Since he's a fellow quirked animal she might listen to him." He said trying to ease the pups' concerns.

" Ok.." the pup gave in " we can tell Grandpa Nedzu"

" For now you two get all of the animal control staff to stop chasing Hoshi. Just keep a log of the places you spot her at and text me the sites after a week." The hero ordered.

" We understand Ingenium." They both responded.

" Well until then we have first grade class to meet up with at the park so we must be going." Tensei waved goodbye to them

" Bye bye!" Izu waved goodbye as well

" Good bye Ingenium sir and izuku!" The man said with a gentle smile.

" Bye you two!" The neko purred.
