The next day the pack of chaos plus Dabi and Aizawa were once again given permission to use U.A's P.E grounds. However this time it was just them since the school was closed for the weekend and the students were all at home.

" Alright let's get started," Aizawa said to the group of pups, putting his hands into his pockets. " Izuku you will go Into your Jolteon form this time. Himiko, want you to go into your liepard form and try using attacks like you are the pokemon. Kaminari, let's work on strengthening your iron tail attack." He said before pulling out a voice changer and looking at Shinsou then handing it to the lavender haired pup
" Shinsou, we're going to see if your quirk works in different voices." The rugged man then looked at Shoto "Shoto I know you don't like using your fire but let's try using a little bit with your big brother today ok,?"

Shoto looked terrified at his mentor's words until Touya placed a gentle hand on his back and said " you got this baby brother" with a soft smile on his face.

" Ok just a little fire right?" Shoto asked, his eyes desperately looking to Aizawa for confirmation.

" Yes, just a little fire" the older omega responded before walking up to Shoto and releasing calming pheromones to ease the pups' nerves.

" Thank you Aizawa-sensei, that really helped," Shoto said, feeling a lot calmer.

" Good, now let me finish telling you all the training regimen for today," Aizawa said, going back to where he was standing before putting his hands back inside his pockets. " Iida I want you to run as fast as you can around the track as many times as you can. And last but not least Bakugou I want you to stick your hands into this hot water bucket and make your explosions as big as you can. Well you guys got your orders, get to it!"

The pups then went off to practice using their quirks.

Iida had begun sprinting around the track going as fast as he possibly could.

Bakugou was repeatedly sticking his hands into the hot water and firing off his explosions yelling " DIE!" As he trained.

Dabi and Shoto were working on Shoto using his fire in small bits by lighting their finger tips on fire with Tiny flames. Shoto was still a bit afraid of his own fire so Aizawa stayed close by to help him calm down if needed.

Denki was repeatedly using 'Iron tail' on a bunch of targets to work on the precision and strength of the attack.

Shinsou was using his quirk with the voice changer on Izuku, giving him commands, letting izuku out of his hold then changing the voice that he used.

While under Shinsou's control. Izuku was made to use attacks that his Jolteon form could use like pin missile, thunder bolt, thunder fang, quick attack and plenty of others since he wasn't limited to four attacks  like the games and Tv show.

Himiko meanwhile was watching an animated Liepard using attacks before attempting to copy the movements the sleek pokemon would make before attacking. She moved quickly and fiercely  before managing to use the move ' shadow ball' at a target. " I did it!" She cried out causing everyone to stop and look at her.

" Good job Himiko!" Izuku jumped up and down as he said his praises to the only female in his pack.

" So just like I thought. You can use pokemon attacks just like Kaminari and Izuku" Aizawa said as he helped Shoto turn off his tiny flames. " Alright Everyone let's go back to the house we've done enough training for today"

At these words everyone got up, left the school building, climbed into the pack van and went back to the mansion to watch Disney movies for the rest of the day.
