"What?!" They shouted in unison.

"Yes. It's actually planned out. If Ate's condition gets better, we will open her case." I sighed and glance at Ninong Shawn. "What do you think Ninong? About her case two years ago."

Ninong seems like brainstorming the situation. "Well...." He trailed off and look at Edrian. "What do you think, Edrian? To my opinion, as a lawyer, the case have fifty-fifty chance that you will win this time. But it's up to Edrian if he'll approved to open her case again."

Edrian keep quiet and calm.

"Edrian."

He huff a breath. Parang may tinitimbang sa desisyon niya. "Can I...talk to her first?"

I just nod. "Kiro will take you to there. But it will be fine if Ninong come with you?"

Walang atubiling tumango ito at tinapik ang balikat ni Ninong. I dialed Kiro's number and tell him to take them to Tagaytay.

I smile while watching them departed until they finally gone in my sight, my smile fade.

Dali dali kong tinawagan ang numero niya.

"Gelo."

"The court approved." My eyes shut firmly. "The case is opened."

It's starting and this will end soon.

DENNISE

Dahan dahan kong ipinikit ang mata ko ng umamba ito ng sampal. Pero ilang segundo pa ay wala akong naramdaman kaya minulat ang mga malamig kong mata.

Kitang kita ko kung paano niya ikuyom ang palad niyang umamba ng sampal na animo'y nagtitimpi.

"Bullsh-t Dennise! I told you— I f-cking told you already to break them! I've waited for darn one week pero wala paring nangyayari!"

I arched a brow. "Can't you just f-cking wait. I have my own plan, jerk. Don't dictate me." Malamig kong tugon. I can't wait for that day.

His brows met at my attitude but I show no emotion.

"One more week, Dennise. Kung hindi, magulang mo ang mananagot."

I clenched my fist while glaring his large frame walking away.

ABBY

My heart is racing so fast. I took a deep breath and step out from Kiro's car with my father. I looked up at the building in front of me.

Court.

May mainit na palad ang dumapo sa balikat ko. "P-Papa... kinakabahan ako."

He just smiled at me. "Magiging maayos din ang lahat, Abby. After this, we can live peacefully like we use to with your sister."

Napalunok na lang ako bago tumango. When we entered the court, the whole section is here. They gave their greetings to us before settling down to our designated sits.

Ng lumingon ako sa kabilang side ng korteng to ay agad dumapo ang tingin ko sa isang lalaking naging dahilan ng kamuntikan kong pagkamatay.

I smirk at his shock face.

Tumayo ako at lumapit sa kinauupuan niya. He's face is full of bruise. But I want to see more than this face. I want him to feel the wrath of mine till his death. And I don't care of this is Gelo's father.
