Hopper took Jamie back to Joyce's house so she could wrest and so he and Joyce could check on Will. Hopper helped her get to the door.
Mia and Riff opened it and grabbed onto Jamie helping her into the couch. She sat down as Amy handed her a tissue to help stop her nose from bleeding.
Pietro came over and hugged her tightly "well done" he admired her "you look like shit"
Jamie tutted "you close a gate to another dimension with your mind and you see how you look after it" Pietro laughed
He kissed the top of her head "proud of you" he looked back at Eleven "she's pretty cool isn't she"
Jamie nodded "yeah she is".
Steve finally made his way over to her, he had a black eye and was bleeding "what the hell happened to you" she stared at his face as he sat down next to her
"Billy" he laughed "babysitting duties ay ?" He leaned back on the couch as did Jamie
After about a second Jamie heard a noise from outside, automatically she shot up and blasted the wall making the window explode. When the noise stopped she turned to see everyone staring at her
She looked back at the window and then back at Joyce who was flabbergasted "Joyce I am so sorry" she had no clue why she did that or even why her body reacted like that
Joyce smiled and went over and rubbed her shoulder "no worries you're exhausted Jamie" she hugged her "thank you for saving my boy" she kissed her cheek "but seriously go rest"
Jamie felt a lot more calmer until she looked at Steve's face. This wasn't a 'concerned' look he had staring up at her, this was a 'you're a monster' look. She didn't know if it was the exhaustion making her think this or that Steve was genuinely afraid of her
She turned to hopper "can we go home ?" Who could see Jamie was agitated
Hopper nodded "yeah" he turned to Pietro "come on then" Pietro turned into a grin "Eleven Jamie and Pietro all in the car" he sighed as Joyce was laughing.
Hopper walked into the bar still smoking his cigarette. He sat down at one of the booths accompanied by Dr Owen. He put his coat on the seat
Dr Owen passed him his burger "you want this there's no way I'm going to finish it"
Hopper pushed it back towards him "no I'm uh on a diet"
"Well you know better man then me" Dr Owen went scrummaging in his bag and pulled out a letter "got a little something for ya" he put it on the table
Hopper pulled it towards him and looked at the envelope, he opened it. There were three pieces of paper.
The first one said 'Jamie Hopper' followed by 'Jane Hopper' and 'Pietro Hopper'
"Congratulations paps" Dr Owens added
Hopper looked up at him "I thought"
"Sometimes I even impress myself" he smiled "but you need to be a bit more careful with them all let things cool down"
