Chapter 28

"Come in." I heard lady Tsunade shout I sighed and walked inside her office.

"Ah hello. Remove your mask please." She said I then removed my wolf like mask.

"Alright Chi you'll be going on an A rank mission with Lee, Choji, Ino, and Sai. I apologize that I couldn't get you better team." She said in a cold tone I could tell she was cranky.

"Yes ma'am." I said.

"Okay basically you need to go to your home village apparently there were some documents left behind I need you to find them. Go gather your team dismissed."  She said I nodded and pulled my mask over my face and did the transportation jutsu and poofed into Sai's apartment. My eyes widened I blushed and turned around.

"Is there a mission?" He asked.

"Yes get you your shirt on pack up and meet us at the gate." I said in monotone and transported to Ino's flower shop.

"Did something happen?" Ino asked with wide eyes.

"No pack up you've got a mission with me. Meet me at the gate." I said.

"Alright Chi."

"How did you know?"

"Sakura told me." She said I nodded and transported to Choji's then to Lee's training spot.

(At the gate)

I sighed and waited by the gates. In the distance I saw Sai, Lee, and Choji.

"Ok lets go." Lee said.

"No we have to wait for one more." I said in monotone.

"Who is it?" Sai asked.

"Are you guys stupid this is an important mission we can't forget the medical ninja." I said just as Ino ran up.

"Okay let's head out." I said and created a platform for myself. I stepped on and hovered towards my old home.

"Okay here's the mission we need to go to the now destroyed and abandon village hidden in the glacers. There are some documents there that are important." I said firmly.

"What rank mission is this?" Choji asked.

"Its an A rank." I said and continued on in silence until we got to the base of the mountain.

"Lets take a break." I said everyone even Lee collapsed on the ground leaving me standing I let out a laugh.

"You butts haven't even climbed the mountain yet." I said.

"Its freezing." Ino said.

"Haha I'm used to it here let me grab something." I said and set my bag down and opened it. I shuffled through and pulled out a paper bag.

"What's in there?" Ion asked. I the pulled out white winter cloaks.

"Okay sorry guys but Ino gets the fluffy one because she's the the smallest." I said handing it to her.

"Wait what about you?" She asked.

"Really Ino? I'm fine in this weather." I said and passed out the rest of the cloaks.

"Now I'll take watch because I know what to expect out here." I said while everyone settled down I then climbed at tree and waited for morning...

"Wake up!" I shouted everyone shot up.

"Alright I know going up the mountain will be difficult for so here." I said and created an I certainly platform big enough for all off them. I they all stepped onto it and it began hovering carrying them while I ran I did acrobatic swings and jumps. Time passed like this until we arrived at the gates of my past I let everyone down and fell to my knees. I felt a soft hand on my shoulder.

"Hey are you alright?" Ino asked I nodded and stood up.

"Okay everyone the documents are most likely near the Hoshikage's tower. Sai stay close to Ino keep her safe Choji, Lee whatch each otheres back." I instructed as soon as we entered I smelled nothing but death and ash. There were corpses all over the place some of the buildings were still standing. After hours of searching we decided to take a break. I couldn't help but go to my old family home the apartment building was dusty and dirty.

"Come on you guys can rest in here." I said as I opened the door. I looked around and saw old pictures of my mom and dad. I walked over to the old frame and wiped away the dust I let a few tears pour from my eyes. I took the photo out of the farms and placed it in my bag along with a few others. I then got to the picture of mom when she was pregnant I quietly sobbed.

"This is your house isn't it Chi?" Lee asked just then there was a large explosion.

"It her!" A man shouted as I flew backwards and my head collides with something hard the next thing I knew a man had me wrapped in a scroll. I let out an ear piercing scream the scroll was tugging at Kurama I the passed out.

(Ami's pov)

I felt a chill run down my spine I shivered and regained my composure.

"Hey what's wrong hon?" Kankuro asked.

"Oh nothing." I said Just then Gaara burst through the doors he looked like he's been panicking.

"Chi we need to go help her. Come on Ami!" He said still panicking.

"Gaara calm down what's going on with Chi?" I asked running over my heart was racing.

"Her squad was attacked while on a mission they have Chi hidden some where in you home village as Sai said." Gaara said taking breath.

"C-Chi..... we need to go get her now!" I shouted I felt tears trickle down my face. I ran and packed up all of the things I would need and ran as fast as I could to the gates I saw Gaara there waiting anxiously for me to arrive.

"Gaara I know the area we're headed to follow me." I said he nodded.

"Lets get there as soon as possible." Gaara said and created two sand clouds I stepped on one and it took off.

"Come on Gaara lets go get my sister back!" Chi.....I'm coming.
