chapter 20

"Well aren't you a cute nerd." I immediately turned.

"Ami! G-Gaara! Oh hey Kankuro." I said just then my eyes widened as I quickly pulled off my glasses.

"It good to see you two and Kankuro... I've been so bord I've cleaned out the libraries." I said running over and hugging Ami then Gaara and I just poked Kankuro's arm.

"What did I do?" Kankuro shouted.

"Oh we're friends and but your an ass." I said.

"So what are you guys doing here?" I asked and walked back over to Ami.

"I have a meeting with the Hokage." Gaara said.

"Oh well would you two like to join me and Ami to an awesome prank?" I asked with a mischievous smile.

"I need to get to my meeting now but I'll see you after if you like?" Gaara said pinching the bridge of his nose. I nodded a gave him a hug as I moved to pull away he grabbed my chin and kissed me. I smiled and pulled away.

"See ya later." I said he nodded and disappeared in a swirl of sand.

"So shall we plan a prank?" Ami asked I turned and nodded.

"Oh I have an idea let's turn the hot springs into ice baths in the woman's bath house then we should dye Akamaru blue then umm you think of one." I said excitedly.

"Umm let's put red food coloring in the boys bath house." Ami said I nodded.

"Okay so I'll you get the boys bath house, Ami you get the girls bath house and Chi you get Akamaru." Kankuro said we nodded.

"Okay so let's get Akamaru first." I said and we took off. It didn't take long until we found Akamaru sleeping under a tree along with Kiba. I quietly tiptoed over and began lightly dyeing his fur I then got the idea to dye Kiba's hair blue as well once finished with my handy work I ran back and busted out laughing.

"Okay bath house." I said and we took off once more.

I waited out side the bath house and as soon as they came out we waited. About ten minutes later we heard girls screaming and boys yelling just then it went silent.

~meanwhile in the Hokage office~

"I see. Ami would be staying." Tsunade said.

"Yes." Gaara said in monotone.

"That's not good with Ami gone Chi is just washed up. No doubt she's a great shinobi but with Ami gone she trains for days without end I found her passed out in the woods so now she can't train for a while she cleaned out all seven libraries she's read every thing." Tsunade said with an annoyed but worried tone.

"What?!" Gaara shouted.

"CHI! YOUR DEAD!" People screamed from the streets.

"Not again." Tsunade sighed Gaara just gave a questioning look.

~ back to Chi~

"Run!" I shouted and made a platform of ice and hovered above everyone while Ami and Kankuro hid.

"Hey is wasn't me this time Ami and Kankuro helped. All I did was well ask Kiba!" I shouted.

"Get down here take it like a woman." Sakura shouted then sneezed.

"Okay I said and froze them all from the shoulders down I then descended as Ami and Kankuro came out of hiding.

"Chi!" My eyes widened as I turned to see Lady Tsunade.

"H-Ha hi." I said nervously. Tsuned looked over at everyone and chuckled.

"What am I gonna do with you?" She said I gulped. She quickly pulled back her fist and punched me sending me flying not long after the same thing happened to my partners in crime but of course where I landed was now a crater.

"I think you over did it." TenTen said. Just as my armor on my face and stomach started to break apart. I stood up and dusted myself off.

"So anyone wanna go see Kiba?" I asked.

"Oh yes let's." Ami said while everyone agreed. I unfroze everyone just as I did Kiba ran throughout the trees. Everyone burst out laughing even Lady Tsunade.

"Your such a child." I heard Gaara say.

"I know but you gotta love my attitude." I said with a smile.

"Okay everyone go home." Tsunade shouted everyone quickly obeyed.

"Gaara I'll get you set up in a hotel along with Kankuro." She said.

"No they can stay with me and Chi." Ami said quickly.

"Wait what umm if we're gonna do that then you three go catch up with people." I said and bolted to the house.

Once I got home I ran through picking up and organizing things. I then raced to Ami's room and picked up clothes and such. I then got to my room oh boy I quickly picked up all the garbage and books then the clothes. I then went through and made the beds. I then collapsed on the couch. I looked at the clock it was now three thirty pm. I sighed and got up I grabbed my wallet and left. I ran to the markets and sniffed out Gaara, Ami, and Kankuro. They were at the park.

"Guys we can go to our place now." I said between breaths.

"Jeez what were you doing?" Kankuro asked.

"I needed to get groceries." I said I then made a large platform of ice and stepped on.

"Come on for a magic carpet ride." I said while Ami giggled and they all stepped on. I sat down and put the bags of food down.

"I can't feel my face." I said.

"What? That's weird." Kankuro said. I just hushed him and looked over the edge.

"Okay we're here." I said landing in front of the building. I undid the jutsu grabbed the bags and opened the door.

"Welcome to my house." I said and placed the groceries on the counter. I then walked to the couch and sat down. Gaara then sat next to me as Ami and Kankuro sat across from us.

"Okay so sleeping arrangements. Ami you get your room Gaara you can have my room. Kankuro I don't even know you want the couch or do you want me to get the spare mattress so you can sleep in Ami's room?" I said lazily.

"Uh the mattress." He said.

"What about you?" Gaara asked.

"Couch wait I almost forgot how dose it feel to sleep?" I asked him. He just chuckled and shook his head.

"Well what do you all want to eat or is it up to me?"

"We don't care." Ami said.

"Kay." I said and walked to the kitchen. I began getting things out for curry. Once I got all that done and on the burner I grabbed things for cookies right as Gaara walked in.

"Hey." I said as I poured sugar into my mixing bowl. He walked over and looked over my shoulder.

"What are you making?" He asked I shivered as his breath tickled my neck.

"Curry and cookies." I said with a smile.

"Do you want help?" He asked.

"If you want to." I said with a giggle he simply nodded and stepped to my side.

"Okay so I'm gonna mix the curry can you put two cups of flour in the bowl." He nodded and started doing the measurements. As I turned and began mixing just as I turned Gaara dropped the bag of flour. It made a large cloud of flour that got all over my skin and clothes and hair. My eyes widened. 

"Sorry." Gaara said I giggled and dumped the bag of flour over his head. This only ended in an all out flour war...
