Y/n's pov
I woke up. My eyes widened as I didn't see Mr. Dale next to me. 'The hell...' I took a look at my phone on the nightstand. 'Shit!' It was 12am. I slept through half of the day. I grabbed my things and rushed to the door and then I saw him. He was standing there, with a towel wrapped around his waist.
'What's the hurry for, love?'
Did he just... He did. Immediate butterflies.
'Oh, you're here.'
'Where else am I supposed to be?' he chuckled.
'Right...'
'I was thinking we could order take out for lunch. You kind of slept through breakfast.'
'Yeah, I guess I did. But I really need to go home. I have to get my homework done for tomorrow and we also have a physics exam.'
'Oh, right. Do you want me to give you a drive?'
I would usually say no, but I'm not sure I would be able to get home otherwise, so 'Uhh, sure.'
Nathan's pov
Her arm was wrapped around my waist. She looks so beautiful and peaceful asleep and I didn't want to wake her up. I carefully moved it away from me and got out of bed.
I wasn't really feeling hungry, so I decided to go for a run. It was raining, but not that heavily. I could feel the raindrops falling on my face, making their way down my neck. I felt free, like I had escaped reality, out of reach from the rest of the world. A moment when I didn't have to listen to everyone else.
When I got back home I check if y/n was awake, which she wasn't, and took a shower.
I walked out and wrapped a towel around my waist.
'Oh, wow.' I took a look at my watch. It was nearly 12am.
I check the fridge to see if there was anything I could make for lunch, but the fridge was empty.
Then I saw y/n, trying to sneak out.
'What's the hurry for, love?' She froze at my words.
'Oh, you're here.'
'Where else am I supposed to be?' I chuckled a bit.
'Right...'

'Yeah, I guess I did, but I really need to go home. I have to get my homework done for tomorrow and we also have a physics exam.'
'Oh, right. Do you want me to drive you?' I suggested.
I gave her some time to think and then I got a response. 'Uhh, sure.'
